How much free time you have and what skills you have?

Here is a list of things you could do:
  • Become a transcriber: There are websites that will pay you to transcribe audio files (Rev.com is the highest paying one, but you'll need to pass a test first; you can also caption videos and translate stuff, there).
  • Sell t-shirts: If you have some nice ideas, you can make your own t-shirt designs and sell them (Teespring is the most popular one, you have almost full control over price). You can use free softwares like Inkscape and GIMP to make them. Also, websites like Redbubble will also let you sell other merchandise (mugs, posters, even pillows, and much more).
  • Surveys and tasks websites: The internet is full of them, although it may take more time to earn something on them. Swagbucks is the most used one for surveys (you can also use Google Opinion Reward, if you need Play Store credit), whereas Clickworker and Leapforce are the best for various tasks. Go for them if you are from the US.
  • Work as a freelancer: Coder, designer, writes, translator, it's up to you. The most popular website is Fiverr (you can only get payed a maximum of 5 dollars, though; quantity over quality, I guess), but you can also propose yourself for a lot of projects. They're great as work experiences for your CV, too.
  • Write reviews: Some websites will pay you to review various products, like songs (SliceThePie) or apps (BestReviewApp). Again, it's quantity over quality here.
  • Flipping: I don't know much about this one, but you basically buy things at low price to sell them at a higher one. Craigslist will be your bread and butter. This also works for things like Steam keys (G2A is the way to go).
  • (If you need Steam Credit) Sell Steam Cards: Alright, this is more specific, but you may still need it. Sites like Indiegala regularly give away free games: they're not great, but most of them have cards. Once you get a good number of them, selling them on the Marketplace will let you gain enough to buy some games during sales.
Combine them for the best results. Do you have other ways to earn money? share them

Lot's of ways to make money. If you have some talents why not start in freelancing industry, build your career, start saving some bucks and build your busines!
I second this advice. start with one such advice like say offering translation and the logo design. and on that option you have to understand what may or may not work for you. In such context you can see that making money money from the freelancing takes time but it can be reliable. You have to invest a lot of time on that. and you have to take incremental build accordingly. This is how I am focusing on as well. and for me that works out too.

I think you can try in fiverr upwork or freelancer. But if you don't like to have a boss you can try get paid to do task. Like spare 5 or crowdflower. Goodluck to your journey!

Sometimes, I see a lot of newbie posts asking how to earn money. The truth is you need to inform us on your skills and talents so we can know what sort of sites to recommend. Identify your strengths and mention it so that you can map up a plan to move forward. As for earning, there are a myriad of ways on the Internet such as blogging, PTC, micro tasks, paid posting, video channel etc. Being specific helps us to help you.

If you want to make a small amount of money you could try Bitcoin faucets. Often these sites feature surveys you can fill as well. You won't get rich, but you'll get a bit of pocket change and exposure to the cryptocurrency market.
Once you familiar with these sites you could try setting up a referral system to earn a bit of passive income. That's what I'm in the process of doing and although it's slow going, it's an interesting journey!

I think this strategy of learning a high demanding skill, then working with it both online and offline is the way to go.It will keep one in a steady flow of work and income because there will always be job either online or offline.

I have been taking alot of tutorials online because I had also thought about it this way, this low paying ones though you get by with them can't really cover one's bills in a month,so one need to keep up with the high paying niches

This is a very insightful write-up which one need to critically look at it for good.

So many free ways of making money online. But it need one working hard and smart and let your passion be in the over-drive.
Writing articles:if you're good with the English language and researching, then you could sign up with freelancing sites like Fiverr, iwriter and upwork to start writing articles

Paid to post: This is absolutely free, just signup and start posting threads and comments though some would required pretest like Postloop and Forum wheel

Paid to click: this is another free sites to earn money, you just view ads for some bucks.

Affiliate marketing: Become an affiliate.signup with marketplaces with affiliate programe and start advertising and making sales through your link for commission.

Do you have good numbers of friends and followers, you could advertised for companies on your page or account for a fee.

There are various ways to earn online, but your goal $2000 might take a long time to reach. Well, it is not impossible to earn that money but it is hard to find a job online that will pay you as high as you are expecting. If you have an excellent skill to offer, it would be an advantage to earn quickly.

For me a real way to make money online is to visit a site, know the rules, know how to work and then receive money from your bank or any payment processor. If you are open-minded about the changes and how to learn strategies, then it will be less harder. The only pain is the rate. Some are earning slow and most are earning low.

Very good to take online tutorials.I hope that you will try employers and can utilize your skills you learned from the tutorials.Did you already find online or offline jobs?

I'm looking for free ways to make money online, need money fast to pay a $2000 fine. :(

I'm waiting your ideas! Thanks guys!

To make money online for free, I suggest doing online surveys. It is free and safe. Most companies that sponsor this is already established and just want the opinion of everyday buys.

I won't recommend surveys, ptc and hyip. They re only going to waste you time and money. And it'd make you think thaat money making is easy. But in reality it is not easy. and you have to be extra careful how you earn and spend it. so if you can do that then surely you'd understand that in that case you'd have to find something decent. I have used for rechaarge and all. but it does not earn much. so I'd say you should focus on what earns you the most.

True. Surveys wont give you much money, they will only annoy you for getting the same message "sorry you are not qualified to the survey". I am into surveys before, but not until I learned about forum sites, the income is way better than any other survey sites.

I suggest do Upwork as Data Entry they pay $100 to $200 a month become a freelancer thats the easiest way i can help you and suggest to do. Goodluck searching for stable online job to pay your 2k fine . cheerup buddy you can make it

I would suggest using your facebook account and try to sell items or search some other sites that pay you by simple doing task.

How about checking online teaching sites? Since you are looking for an online earning. Working at home is now possible (more possible) with online teaching sites. I am not sure if you have these sites in your country.

If you are looking for 2000 bucks a month. You can try uploading videos/pictures but make sure the downloader is coming from top tier country. Or you can try blogging

I'm very curious to know what action you took regarding your situation?
Is the fine still pending?
Have you managed to find work online?

Yes i agree with you with selling products on ebay you can make good income but it depend in your capacity how are you promote this product. You need some SEO experiences .

I knew many friend using this way by buying products from aliexpress and post it on ebay and of course to make money with this it need your product in top list of products.

In order to make 2000$ i think you should invest some money from your pocket by paying fb ads, this the best way and the fastest way to sell many products in a short periode of time!!!
You don't need SEO experience to sell on eBay. I had no idea about SEO and was making $1200+ per month selling rare and discontinued comic books. It can certainly help yes but it is not compulsory.
Paid adds on FB can work very well but you need to learn a few things first otherwise you might be throwing away money.

I sell all kinds of stuff on eBay and BidorBuy and I don't pay for any advertisements.
Just use clever and attractive titles with symbols at the start of the advert, something like *NEW* or ***NEW*** and then the product description. This really works because using symbols puts your advert in front of everyone else's products.

$2000 is really high to earn in a single month through online sites, even if you use several, but if you have a well-known youtube channel and a blog with some good revenue then you can earn close to that.

I really want to earn online! I've never earned not even a cent online before. Despite I feel that I will earn my first dollar online on this forum, I still need more ways to make money. Most of the sites are offer sites and task. Any other sites apart from those?

One easy way to earn money online is by doing online surveys. It is free and there is no commitment . All you have to do is give your opinion on different things. You also have to watch out for scams. All of those site that try to charge you to take online surveys are scam site. All survey sites are supposed to be free to join. Good luck
