Yeah I've also received that notice - then I was surprised to see this labelled as a scam already, all the other sites are behaving normally and have nothing in the FAQ about it like the monero one does.

Are you going to deposit? 10 days later and I still dont know what to do lol

This faucet was good in the past but the withdrawal fees and minimal withdrawal amount increased sometimes. Now they disabled the free claiming section.... Well, they are turning scam. Thanks for the info.

I also just received their little extortion attempt. They also hastily threw together an addition to their faq page

Very shady. Oddly enough I was just using this faucet to eventually re-invest the funds into their mining costs for that site 12% yield.

Oh well. No use whining about what will never be. If you're actually thinking of actually paying this guy for the privilege of their faucet you should probably have your head examined(no offense).

If he screws you for such a small return what do you think they'll do once they have you pinned down as a mark? Walk away. There are too many sites out there that aren't (selective) scam

Hey listen guys - I may need my head examining but I don't particularly have a lot of monero or more ways of getting it currently so I did a deposit of what little I had. It's not very much really - I normally wouldn't but I withdraw from the rest of the sites no problem so.

I actually reached min. withdraw threshold before they pulled this so it wasn't an issue but thought I'd give it a chance, I'll let you know if I have any issues withdrawing now I've deposited.

Honestly I'm not too fussed if I lose it, it was only 50cents or something - I kind of just wanted to see if it is a scam once and for all.

I can't believe this has turned out to be a scammer. I have received a few payouts here before they strangely lock or disable free claims. Yes I believe nobody would buy this strategy. So, I think this site has become a scammer. But who knows? I am still hoping though.

He has now locked withdrawals on all of his sites (free bcash/ltc/etc) with two months to reach the minimum because "its not profitable"

Something he probably should've thought of before starting. So now we can't use any of the free sections to make min withdrawal. In other words: scam.

If people want to pay an untrustworthy actor to use their "not profitable" site so maybe* they can pay you down the road... good luck is all I can say. There are too many trustworthy places(firefaucet, countiply, etc) for me to go that route

Taking the loss here and learning a lesson...stick with sites that are trustworthy and reliable. 5%-12% yoy isn't worth it if you never get paid.

A mentioned, the sites are closing (except perhaps Litecoin - which says 7days till re-open?)

I luckily had enough in each to withdraw except BCH - the multipliers are still open however and I was able to reach the withdraw threshold using that.
Requested payouts on all sites, DOGE & LTC received so far.
