A number of times I have fallen to con artists. They are mainly on social sites like facebook and twitter. Before I realised what was happening, I had lost so much money. They open up accounts then they post matches which they purport that they are manipulated.

They usually post after the matches have been played and they say that if you want the next ticket, you inbox them. Hitting their inbox they tell you that you have to pay a certain amount before the game.

Once you fall prey of their sweet words, you get blocked. I think gamblers should be enlightened and know that even if there existed manipulated matches, they would not be sold online. One should engage in responsible gambling and that way they will get profits.

Yes,this is the smartest thing to do.But you don't always know, who are those people, who you should avoiding.Well,if you are very cautious and you will make some research about those things how works, you can come up with a solution, how to come out of it somehow a winner.

Generally, avoid random people that you do not know and ey ask for money in order to offer a fixed match. Fixed matches are not set up by ordinary people, a fixed match is an illegal investment. Someone pays a lot of money to a team or to a few key players of the team in order to get a specific result and earn tons of money from the bookmaker.

Why would anybody sell fixed matches for small money? Why they don't invest 10 000 dollars and earn 100 000$? This is direct reason why they all scam.

Yes,I have read some news about fixed matches, when it was a bigger tournament. But I think, that only the implied persons on those type of manipulations, fixing matches for higher earnings, know about it.Other persons may suppose, that the match was fixed, but cannot prove anything.

Absolutely true! These are huge amounts of money! I have tried twice such scams but I was betting safer, when they were saying that the game was set for over 2.5 goals, I was placing my bet on over 1.5 goals. To be honest, I did not lose money but once from such guys... be informed though, if you ask them to pay them after the game is finished, thy will probably deny. If you are sure that the game is fixed then you can accept commission payment after the game is over.

Last year in Croatia was a flood of scamers on forums and sport pages. Everybody had open free website on weebly or somewhere else and start selling fixed matches.

I know that feeling. Usually when I bet on something, I bet on small amount of money, lower than 1$, but 2 years ago I was so convinced that I will win after a "tip" from a SCANNER, that I invested 5$ for a single game. Of course I lost. Shame on me.
From that day I don't believe any kind of this scamm.

@Roxana
Surebets do not exist anymore. Maybe you can create one with live betting or if the bookmaker has a specific offer.
Fixed games exist but unless you have fixed any of them, you cannot know if it is fixed whatever those scammers say.
If you want to test them, counter propose this: "Tell me what ratio of my yield/profit you want over my earnings and give me the fixed game".
Never prepay. Theoretically, someone with information on a fixed game does not need your "tiny" amount of money...

Agree, and I also believe that even if they have a fixed match they won't share with the rest of us. Why not to keep the profit for them? You know..

Utterly true. I have been a victim in the past although I was a bit conservative. Whoever approaches me now gets the reply to get paid on percentage after the suggestion wins. Noone has accepted that until now.
Well, that is the first sign of a scamm, something clearly is suspicious. The best decision here is to rely on your thinking or maybe to be in a bet group to exchange opinions on different matches.

they all know that the suggestion is very less likely to be winning so they try to take advantage of you before that. and after all you always have to put yourself an essential question: why would they want money from you if they can get rich by betting on those matches themselves?

there is also that type of people (and I think that applies to your case) - the people that give you a free match before paying for the next ones. and if the match is winning, they tell you it was fixed and the next ones are paid. if it's not, they never talk to you again

Lol! :D I have never faced that! But it is a good thing you mentioned it, newcomers and generally people should take care of such scams... I will keep that in mind too!

I've never faced that either, but I saw some time ago a post that was telling everything about these scammers so I found out almost all their methods to scam. After you see them explained, they all seem logical, but when someone sends you a match you wouldn't think that the same guy sends 10 different matches to 10 different people and you fall into his trap.

Dont fall for that scheme, many scammers are using social medias to fool people. It those are all manipulated matches where they can sure the win, why would
they put in public post, this might ruin the reputation of the matchmaker or the player(for example on boxing match).

I have read many times online, this is a fact too, that many famous matches are manipulated. In this cases, the manager of the team or the coach it is in contact with a betting group, and him is offered a huge amount of money to manipulate the outcome of the match. Those things happen and can't be stopped,as there is sometimes nowhere to know,if a match was fixed or not.

There are manipulated matches and that really happens, but if it is on online groups,i dont think it can be 100% reliable. Fixed match are popular in some part ofy country during feast, where you will be able to watch the game live and personal, ypi can be sure that the coach will not run away with your money.
