These days, it is not uncommon to see teenagers involving in gambling. Some are doing this against their parents will and consent while some take the advantage of their parents irresponsibility.

This act has caused so many menaces in the society. How do you think early gambling can be addressed in the society to ensure that only adult people are allowed to be involving in gambling?

Educate teenagers about the risks of gambling, including addiction and financial loss. Encourage open dialogue about healthy recreational activities and the importance of responsible decision-making. Monitor online activities and set parental controls on devices to limit access to gambling sites. Foster hobbies and interests that promote positive social interaction and personal development. Seek professional help if gambling behaviors become concerning.

Teenagers should be well guided by their parents and educated concerning the implications and consequences of gambling. They must be taught how to use their time and energy in doing things More profitable than to engage in gambling..

When it comes to keeping teenagers away from gambling, it's all about creating an environment where they feel supported, informed, and engaged in healthy activities. Remember, kids learn a lot from watching their parents and other adults. So, if you're able to show responsible behavior when it comes to gambling, like knowing when to walk away or not getting hooked on risky bets, they're more likely to follow suit.

Help your teenager find other activities they enjoy that don't involve gambling. Whether it's sports, arts and crafts, volunteering, or just hanging out with friends, having plenty of options for fun can steer them away from gambling.

It's okay to lay down some ground rules about gambling, like no buying lottery tickets or staying away from online betting sites. Just be clear about why you're setting these boundaries and stick to them.

Children and teenagers should be engaged positively where they can learn good character, many parents are so busy these days and do not have much time to spend with their children. Children need to be monitored to find out what they do..

Charity begins at home, parents need to take responsibility for what their children are exposed to and how they spend their time. If more families were closely monitoring internet access and tv viewing in their own homes, ensuring children are kept busy with constructive activities after school instead of leaving them unattended, many youth issues like early gambling could be addressed before they start.
i believe is true that parents play a crucial role in shaping their children's values and behaviors, and monitoring their media consumption and extracurricular activities is one way to prevent negative influences such as early gambling.

Yes, when you overlook your child as a parent and don't pay attention to what they are watching, playing or doing in their spare time it can have negative consequences. Kids are exploring the world and will discover things on their own, but as a guardian it is important to provide guidance and age appropriate limits that protect them from potential risks while still allowing room to grow into independent thinkers.

I believe Parental guidance and supervision play a crucial role in shaping a child's development, particularly when it comes to their exposure to media and technology. Children are always learning and discovering new things

Teenagers at that level needs a lot of counselling and supervision because most of them might not be aware of the negative effects and consequences gambling could bring to them. Some of them get in gambling as a result of peer pressure and not of their own will..

i think is indeed crucial for teenagers to receive proper guidance, education, and support from parents, teachers, and other responsible adults regarding the risks and harms of gambling. Peer pressure and easy access to online gambling sites can make teenagers vulnerable

Proper education and supervision can actually help the young people understand the effects of engaging in gambling early in life. Making them to understand that it could cost them their education and stable minds if they are left to get addicted to gambling...

I think the government should be more strict in setting laws and policies that prevent underage gambling. These laws are meant to be implemented by the bookmakers at all times or face the wrath of the law. Such strict measures are better off at controlling underage gambling.

Government has always made the laws to prevent underage gambling but the problems has been the implementation of the laws.
Teenagers needs to be supervised and monitored by their parents. But most times the parents are very busy to look after them..
