The reason the withdrawal was held was because we have a protection mechanism in place which we don't disclose how it works - but there are good reasons why accounts get flagged.

Normally, in this case - what you need to do - is simply contact us via Twitter (send us a DM) with your account email + the site of ours you're referring to - and then we always respond.

If you were to send us this message back in the end of March - we would have resolved it for you already then.

First of all no one is active for a full year (normally) and there are many days users skipping on our sites, which is very normal.

Now - CoinPot users got a few dollars worth of DOGE which was turned out to be worth thousands of dollars. We take the risk the coin will appreciate (i.e. we cover ourselves against that) - CoinPot didn't do it and as a result they failed - their business was shut down.

In fact, the oldest classic faucet - FreeBitco-in had a sister site back in the years as well - why don't you read this piece of blog about what happened with it?

If until now you have not received the confirmation email, then it is okay; if not, then register again. Sometimes this can happen with any site using an email address other than Google's.
