In countries where cryptocurrency is is already legalized I think most of the bank already going to cryptocurrency activities so maybe all the countries where it is not legalised will under study the activities for them to know how best they can handle it.

can't really say that crypto has created an "employment opportunity" , as most people sticks to one or two exchange platforms, creating a new exchange platform in the state of the market now you can't really have any guarantee that it will succeed, and compared to a big company the number of employees you have in an online exchange is fewer

true , though there are some obscure exchanges out there that did sign-up bonus but after sometime their users ultimately left them to go back to other exchanges, seems quite still hard to maintain an exchange's userbase
