With growing popularity can bitcoin become a vital part of global e-commerce stores online ? One of the main disadvantages of bitcoin is there is no specific refund policy for which a lot of people can be scammed. But lets see what the community people suggests with their opinions . . .

Yes ofcourse and also now there is some stores who accept bitcoin as a payments
but most of them are Digital products store I didin't really see stores which sells physical stuff accept bitcoin
but I guess they do it in the future

I think it has nearly become that thing already and it is question of a very short period of time when when you will see bitcoin in common everyday use

Yes that is something we may see in coming years although I am afraid what can be refund policy ! If a product need to return and again another product need to send with a little price difference it will be hard because of bitcoin high transaction fees.

bitcoin is going strong again. seems halvening effect may start soon. bitcoin still need to fight well to get good position for physical goods trading currency.

Before now I would have said no but with how popular and strong Bitcoin has become it is getting there. Stores online now are accepting Bitcoin without much Ado. So we are getting there.

If bitcoin can take place everywhere its an excitement news like I have bitcoin I can buy it ! Simple and exciting. I dont need to post ad like "Paypal $20 needed".

yep I think it will, as bitcoin is gaining popularity over time and gaining value, most people are now considering bitcoin as an alternative, though lots of issues will rise before it will become prominent

It will be a real challe for bitcoin and I think unless bitcoin introduce a refund policy bitcoin can't enter ecommerce world globally I mean almost 95% of any shop that can have bitcoin. Cause return is something very much needed option for physical product shipment.

My answer to this topic is yes, Bitcoin can be a prominent e-commerce currency. I started using Bitcoin last year thru online purchases and most of the online stores I visited has allowed the Bitcoin as one of their payment method/channel.

I want to buy with bitcoin its awesome. no credit cards or paypal needed and you can have your desired product right at your doorstep. At least I will be delighted. But I know if its wrong product sent or need return probably I will lose something as extra transaction fee will be charged probably.

For payments, Bitcoin is somewhat has a negative side. If you mistakenly input a wrong or non-existence bitcoin address and made a transaction or a payment to it, it can never be refunded. So always double check the bitcoin address you are sending to. Bitcoin is decentralized

Paypal is still the clear winner in this case. More adopters are needed before ecommerce platforms start thinking about adding bitcoin payment.

Bitcoin has been traded since early on. What do you mean with "bitcoin can become a trading" while many people already benefited from trading bitcoin.

Bitcoin can come to the extreme in all "shopping cart" scenario but blockchain developers should think about improving functionality to adopt fully in ecommerce including a refund section or alternately take inspiration ftom escrows.

Seems like whatever shout counts against paypal easiness and freedom still bitcoin cant beat paypal in ecommerce race as backed by ebay and they made something already which will be very hard to beat.

With rising price like after bitcoin crosses 25000$ figure I guess many shops will add bitcoin as their payment option to get profit. And bitcoin is able to increase user interests. Other coins may try to strengthen their blockchain and market capital to be able to enter shopping world.

Big Marchants are the ones that easily add bitcoin to their payment system cos as good as bitcoin is it can be disastrous to the business if the price crash and most savings are in bitcoins. If it fluctuate within certain range it will no doubt be a wonderful coin to to use on e-commerce sites.
