The number of bitcoin ATMs has been on the rise especially in the US, Canada, UK and other countries.
The data available from coinatmradar shows that there are 8,947 crypto ATMs and 211,239 ATM without locations where you can buy or sell cryptocurrencies at across 71 countries,

There are currently 43 producers and 554 operators. Genesis Coin with 3,101 machines at the end of July, is the highest number of bitcoin ATM manufacturer. The second-largest manufacturer is General Bytes with 2,661 machines,

Its good that more bitcoin ATM is been created , if more bitcoin ATM is been created then that means those producers are making large profit from its creation

This is very huge amount of BTC ATM. BTW In my country there is only one in capital and no more. Pretty unusable for people like me from small cities.

Also in my country is been placed on major cities due to the population and high cost of living there which is the reason , I hope things are done in the right path

Genesis coin is currently the largest producer of bitcoin ATMs now , I am optimistic that by next year more countries will have bitcoin ATMs than now .

While the increase in bitcoin ATM increases, they should also endeavor to monitor the crime rate attached to it and some cyber crime associated to it also
I think most of the ATM machine have seen do have CCTV camera and others so they should have it to also to monitor any crime activities thats going on

who's responsable about them in those different locations ? i believe they are attached to some local offline banks as well, because an ATM should be secured

That's a good observation but in this case the companies or people buy the bitcoin ATM will be responsible for their location and security I guess.

A lot of crypto ATMs are private-owned. They have nothing to do with any banking institution. As for security, the owner will simply set up CCTV and security guard if needed.

This is a good movement by these countries . this has shown that they have fully supported cryptocurrency in their countries and are also supporting citizens to embark on cryptocurrency trading

Yea . that's true, but then the crime activities can also come from the ATM itself , when it is programmed in a way that steals users data . So the security should be for the two ways
Yeah its some of the ATM , but there should be security and things should be put in place to prevent hackers from hacking the system I think , I hope its done

Well , I just hope that Bitcoin ATMs are setup in our country as well. It's great to so many countries have accepted bitcoin completely.

This world wide acceptance of cryptocurrency has definitely changed a lot of individuals' perspectives on how financial transactions are done. We look forward to more atms all over.
Yeah we all hope more bitcoin atm are been created , only that when more atm are been created there might be effect and its use might be abused

A little bit of abuse is inevitable but I still hope it will be minimal. Very fast and seamless transactions with security in place hopefully will give people more will to desist from its abuse.
