Binance is a cryptocurrency exchange.
That means that you can deposit cryptocurrency, and exchange it for another cryptocurrency they offer on their site.

How does it work?
You make an account, verify your email and go to your balance to deposit coins.
After depositing your coins you can exchange it for another cryptocurrency that they have available on the market. To see what coins they offer to click here.

Binance is currently the biggest exchange worldwide with the most liquidity on the market.
This means that even when you purchase large amounts of cryptocurrency you won't influence the market.

Features
Binance rocks a couple of features that are interesting to keep an eye on.

First off I recommend you start using 2FA on Binance. With 2FA your account is much safer since a hacker cant access your account without having access to your 2FA codes, which is pretty much impossible. You can use Google Authenticator or Authy for the verification.

Second, you should take a look at BNB (Binance Coin).

BNB is a cryptocurrency made by Binance which reduces trading fees on the platform.
The more BNB you hold, the more reduced fees. This is very important for day traders because fees easily stack up and become unmanageable if you want to make a profit on small margins.
When you trade on Binance with BNB in your account, you have the option to use BNB for the fees. You can disable or enable this feature in your profile settings.

The first year you use BNB you get 50% discount on the fees.
The second year 25%, third year 12.5% and the fourth year you get 6.75% discount on the trading fees.
If you hold a lot of BNB you also invest in the future of Binance, since the exchange buys the coins back every quarter with 20% of their profits. Time this right and you can make a decent profit.
Also, since Binance has plans to go decentralized in the future, you might want to hold BNB since it will be used for the decentralized exchange.

Third, if you are new to trading the site offers you to learn at their academy called Binance Academy.
This section of the website has various topics that explain to you how everything works on an exchange and make you more knowledgeable about cryptocurrency.
With topics such as "what is liquidity" and "what is crypto jacking" you get a good understanding of how various parts work of cryptocurrency and this helps you make good investment choices. There is always a part of uncertainty when investing, but you can minimize the risk this way.
Binance also has a Lab, which invests in cryptocurrency projects which they think has potential in the future. This is a great way to get an early look on new projects and try to follow the Binance investment team in their choices.

The last and one of the most important things Binance can offer you is their Trust wallet.
Since Binance is a big site and you want to keep your funds safe if you want to use exchanges fast you need a reliable wallet for cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and altcoins.
Compared to other wallets the Trust wallet is very secure, because you are the only one who can access your private keys, and the trust wallet is completely anonymous.
They have an app for Android and iPhones. ERC20 tokens and Dapps are supported and you can add new ones if you feel the need to.

If you want your coin listed on Binance use their contact form.
All fees from the listing are donated to charity.

So far, Binance has always let me deposit and withdraw very fast, altho the fees can be pretty high.
Make sure to do your own research on what coins you should invest in on Binance since there have been problems in the past with a few cryptocurrencies that had a pump and dump on the exchange (Digibyte).

Do you use/used Binance? What is your experience?

Pretty interesting that you are doing well with Binance. I stopped making Bitcoin transaction after MPA became a scam. But I am not closing my door to Bitcoin because until this time I have my wallet in coinsph. Although I got a problem with XAPO because I could not open it though I am entering my password correctly. I hope you could provide some guide regarding Binance.

I think it is important to differentiate between exchanges and wallets.
The exchange is to change currency while wallets are to hold them.
It will keep your currencies save (considering soft vs hard wallet)

Regarding Binance, I am not sure if they accepting new members.
Last time I checked they did not :(

Binance must be used as exchanging platform only, it is not a wallet. Wallets are used to store for yourself, while exchange sites store for themselves. BTW I checked, Binance registration is still fine; members are accepted to join.

I like they have some type of wallet benefits like distribution of gas or ONT in my case
But agree, dont store too much on it :) Better keep it safe

This is good that they distribution something like GAS, but still I will wonder if you can redeem GAS or NEO if they give it in your account.

Binance is the best most popular exchange with highest traders and its best than poloniex & Bittrex .its feature and patform is better than other .
Anyone - know what is decentralised and non- decentralised exchange ???
Thankyou !!.

I have some cash bending there and was annoyed that minimum is 1bnb, with fees u must have put a lot each time so not suitable for turning cash from airdrop to usd

This site looks nice but the challenge most this site faced is that they do not exchange coin to my local currency which is why I easily get discourage about sites like this

Binance does not act as a fiat (national currencies essentially) gateway, but they did announce they are working toward that eventually. It will likely be quite a ways off because of regulations, but if you're looking to trade for alts beyond just ETH, LTC, and a couple other of the big names, Binance has some of the lowest fees (even without BNB), highest levels of security, and as one of the largest exchanges there is a good amount of liquidity. The process to deposit BTC, ETH, or another coin that's more easily attainable through a fiat gateway is very straightforward and Binance is very quick to process deposits, with great customer support in the very small chance it's not.

If you are easily discouraged by exchanges that do not as a fiat gateway, I highly recommend just not trading alts at all, because you are more likely to be lost in some of the processes of doing so. It's 100% possible to be profitable just trading the larger coins to/from fiat in the gateway of your choosing, and you are far less likely to make mistakes or lose funds unintentionally by sticking with platforms you are comfortable with.

Can this be used to change even paypal for bitcoin? nd back and forth? Thats what i need..

It is not a fiat gateway, although they've announced they will support euros and GBP in the near future. As of now you can only deposit cryptos, so you would need to buy bitcoin through another fiat gateway, and then deposit your bitcoin into binance.

Check out the Faucets section of this forum. I would highly recommend Cointiply (ref link in signature) and there is an existing thread on this site with lots of tips and payment proofs.

Yesterday I heard that Binance is a wallet as well but here its tagged in the E-curemcy exchange, I would love to join it if its best for Indian members and have lower fee as compared to other E Currency exchange.

That is very true even me that is what i want to know i think that the program is not that too legit because someone posted a payment proof and quoted the program as scam.
That is what i want to know this may have been turn to legit but we need to do a minor research on it before we join

I had joined Binance long back, but unfortunately I not made much use of it. There is no doubt that it is the biggest cryptocurrency exchange in the world with high liquidity. I think the only issue is the fees, which seem to be on higher side.

The binance trading site is one of the best so far in my trading history, that what I used to learn how to trade cryptocurrency.
Please do inform "How" this is best, your experience with the site maybe helpful to other users who are looking for trading . @anilmr already said it is fees that is problem.

I've seen some people here complaining about Binance fees, and they're totally wrong about it. Some currencies have almost zero fees, like Litecoin and Monero. Bitcoin has a 0.0005 fee so it's not worth it if you're trading small amounts.

Binance is a legit exchanger websites. I have been using it up to a year. And there service is good with low transaction fee
