Most of the websites online will offer you some pretty basic stuff that's been used in a lot of websites and not unique, i suggest you to learn about design and make that yourself or just pay someone few bucks and you are good to go .

I think if you want to build a logo in professional design at a shortest time then you should use canvas as quality and redesign is easy and high quality in PNG or JPEG format to work in professional service.

Haven't use the professional version, but the free version is already as good as it can be, you can even make money by making logo for others there

Yeah but I really recommend you to go the the paid and professional version because it's gonna help you more and more, you can use a fake card to sign up for 30 days trial

not all of the sites use copyrighted materials, Canva and Picmonkey are really maazing sites that will help you doing such a great logo andf also change it as you want

I would suggest to design your own logos. If you have created banners, then its simple to create your logos as well.
