If one want to start a business, there are lots of factors to be considered before starting the business but there are few basic one to be primarily considered. In my own opinion Environment should be the first. What your opinion?

It is obvious that new businesses don't exist as such but rebranding and packaging the existing ones makes you succeed in a competitive environment.

That's a good approach to a new beginner in any business. What I have learnt also is that most business beginners got high expectations with there business without thinking of any negative emergency incase .I think once should be ready to withstand anything that comes by.

Well, generally you may consider three important factors. One is the type of business: sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation. Second is your market like the products or services offered. This follows your clients or target customers. And the last is your capital investment. How much is the capital outlay, where it is to be taken. Is it your personal investment, loan, or a joint venture investment.

That is true its better to abstain from someone that is well inflicted with poverty,if you are still young you need to build up your self and have a business which you are doing that can give you money,if you can ventur into a particular business then join with someone that is well trusted and start the business.

Someone who has got a poverty mindset can never think of possibilities but always has the entitlement mentality that makes them think the rich are supposed to give them money always.
These kind of people would not give good advice that can help grow a business effectively.

Be it offline or online what should be considered 1st is the target market,
whether you want to sell a product for low end, mid end or up end customer, young or adult customer.
Then you start asses the market and choose the promotion platform, what will make your product unique if there's so many seller in the market.
It can be lower price, customized product, etc.
