Adpays.net is more of a PTP (Paid to promote) website rather than just advertising network for websites which means you will be provided a link which you can promote everywhere online to earn. As it is a PTP site they accept any type of traffic (cheap quality) but don't expect good rates as they are not very strict in traffic quality so they are not going to be very good in ECPM rates.
