from my knowledge and last time ive checked, XAPO has way to high fees for withdraw and/or its policy forces people to withdraw only high amounts. I call it the "most greedy bitcoin wallet in the world".
If you want to earn from faucets but want your funds withdrawn to XAPO and if you want to withdraw again from XAPO in order to move funds to an exchange website then you will look how you lose most of your money.
To answer to your question, yes, there are many faucets which are paying in ETH or DASH (not DSH ..DSH is Dashcoin which is something else). You can find such faucets on faucethub listed there. Right now i'm claiming on a DASH faucet ,but unfortunately the minimum DASH to withdraw from faucethub is very high (0.001+) while an average claim value on this faucet is around 0.00000172 DASH (of course paid instantly to faucethub microwallet) . Luckily faucethub has an internal small exchange service and i can exchange dash for bitcoin but for a fee (2% i think). Or i can wait to reach 0.001+ to withdraw to my Electrum DASH wallet (desktop wallet) but i will have to keep claiming for dash because 0.001 DASH is way to small amount to sell it for dollars . I will decide later if i withdraw in DASH from faucethub to my wallet or to exchange it for bitcoin and not waiting to reach 0.001 every time.
I might write to mexicantarget (admin of faucethub) and propose to lower the minimum withdraw limit for DASH from faucethub.
And yes i think it possible to link the XAPO crypto addresses to the faucethub account ,but to be sure you can ask or check the faucethub official topic here https://https://www.beermoneyforum.com//index.php?topic=1672870.0 but i don't know if XAPO accepts eth or dash. Never used before and i will never use XAPO .
