Frances Haugen, a data scientist employed by Facebook since 2019 has come forward and revealed to the world how one of the biggest social media in the world manage its priorities. In the leak, Frances revealed how Facebook ignored bad contents that can harm children and weaken democracy all over the globe. In the report, she says that bad content also helps Facebook to make money, and if the company take a strict stance about it, then they will also lose revenue. Some examples of bad contents that can be commonly found on the platform including, spam, scam, propaganda, adult content, fake news, and more.

what i really hate about fake book is that so many people now depend on it to make a living or to make extra income. i also hate to admit that fake book is probably 1 of the best places to make money at the moment. you reach a huge international audience so easily. and its free. but you can get your account shut down, suspended, restricted or even deleted permanently for the stupidest of reasons. fake book has decided that they are the official providers of truth, just because they say so. they are like a big bully, they have gotten too powerful. i would to see fake book restricted or even shut down.

This is something that has been going on for a very long time now and I also think it is something that is peculiar with all the social media networks but it is just Facebook that has been the scapegoat so far. once again, crappy old fake book is in the news. they say that there is no bad publicity but i dont think that dingle berry smuckerberg likes this type of news. the title of the article is called - " Facebook Faces Possible Lawsuit over Sham Fact-Checking ". so all you people that repeat the rubbish they read on fake book, think twice. the article was written by - John Ransom.

im also not an avid fakebook fan. i opened an account mainly to make some groups, to try to earn money. i hate to admit it, fakebook is probably the best place to earn money at the moment. the market place there reaches a huge audience. keep in touch with some old friends, also. besides that, i avoid it at all

The believe the information and allegation level against Facebook that they don't care if a poster gives a misinformation as long as it keep making money for Facebook an harant lie , i have seen facebook removing many post when I was working on an earning site.

im really gad that you defend fake book so blindly & think that they really care about its users. the same people who post false stuff on fake book, dont do any real fact checking, fact checkers who use their opinion to say something is true or false, fake book employees even admitting that all they care about is profit, are in the news. current & ex fake book employees have admitted in court & in the news publicly that all fake book cares about is the money they generate. but if you say fake book is legit, i guess the world has to believe you.

look at my screen shot, of all the titles of posts posted here in bmf. its all real positive news / articles ( sarcasm ) concerning fake book. heres a bit of info to digest. fake book was initially designed by psychologists, who helped to make the platform addicting. that sounds like a company that really cares about its users. google it. the news is still around even thou fake book did everything in its powers to remove & suppress that bit of info.

maybe we can vote for good old mark shumerburg as the next world leader as he cares so much about everybody !!!!!!! maybe even eliminate all countries & just call everything fake book landia !!!!!

most times if you watch well you would see that Facebook usually filter bad comment away such as spam ,and others ,but the only thing is that they are not laying more emphasis on that of recent They are also more interested in making more revenue from advertisers in that way ,so they are actually not interested in things like that

I don't think so. As I have never seen any bad, harmul or adult content in my feed, recommendations or anywhere else in facebook. Even I have never seen any bad or 18+ ads in Facebook or Instagram. However I have seen some Propaganda or fake news in Facebook. But later on, I saw they removed those contents or sometime they blocked or suspended the whole account. So, I guess that he is telling a lie against them.

Just because you never see any bad content on the platform, that doesn't mean other people never see it. Besides, scammers are more likely to target wealthy users from western countries, so they primarily target those kinda people.

There are a lot of people that have moved to speak a lot of things about her Facebook has been treating and managing the company in the past and it is really not a good news. As a big company and a technology company that deals with large amount of data it is expected that you should be able to handle it with a little bit more dignity and respect.

It is very sad that a lot of bad news I've been coming about the Facebook platform in the past couple of months and that has really been very bad for the image of the company. fake book is an evil company, with no morals. thats how its started & thats how it will always be. the owner, shmuckerberg, stole the idea of fake book from his 2 college room mates. mark schmucker even lost the civil court case & had to pay 500 million usd to the 2 brothers who originally had the idea for fake book. fake book was created & designed by phycologists, to make the platform addicting. fake book follows you around the internet, stalks your private life, plus some other creepy stuff. of course, they always say, its for advertising purposes. they also will hand over your private info to any cop, investigation, etc, without a warrant.

get a life & shut down your fake book account.
