It might happen but it's unlikely.

My website was blacklisted before just by using fc.lc and similar services. Not because of this specific problem, but because of using shorteners with fake download buttons. Happened several times.

But you should note that this error on ESET WILL affects your traffic. It'll scare some users. Some visitors might not reach to the destination.

Hopefully the admin will resolve this soon. He's a professional.

I made a payment request yesterday! and of course after seing that mail I feel very happy.

So I go to paypal website and open my account, nah... I don't see any transaction from fc.lc and my pp balance still not changed (at this rate I felt like I had a heart attack for a moment). And then I go to fc.lc site to checking the payment (I've thinking someone hack my account and change the paypal email OMG), but the status info is "approved" which mean it still not sending.
