You should check your PayPal account to see if it still active. Although I haven't learned that an account will be blocked for inactivity. Your account is unverified until you add a credit card. So if ever you found out that your account is still active, you can add your credit account to have it verified. Some sites do not accept unverified PayPal account.

Paypal will never close your account for inactivity. As @cinnderella said ,you account is just unverified until you add a credit card to it . You can still receive money to your account if it is unverified, but there are some websites( a few of them ) that will not pay for your work if your paypal is not verified. So before you go and work on a website check their rules about Paypal payments. It happend to me one time to get 3$ on a PTC site and only after that I saw I need verified Paypal so I lost that money

As someone pointed out, Your account is not banned, but unverified. As I am an Indian, I don't need a credit card for verification, bank account verification is enough. Check on PayPal help centre for criterias for Moroccan users.

I did not log to the account for months. I visited when some how I required to get the PayPal ID and it worked. I have the same account now.

Paypal doesn't close the account. It keeps it in dormant state.You may either have to spend the money online. Or you can send the money to the bank. Either one of that can be done. But the thing is that paypal seems to be having it's share of many issues as well. You can ask the support of the paypal in that case. You can solve some of the issues of the paypal by asking questions there.

PAYPAL never close account without user permission whether you use or inactive there is something technical issues so you have talk to PayPal support.

they are asking pan because as per Indian govt. rules every company cannot able to release payment without pan that why they are asking.

Yes if your account is fully verified then you will get it...so submitted complete document to start and get paid.

I don't think they will close your Paypal account because of one simple reason.
For the Paypal, it is essential to keep your account active so they can charge you fees in the case that you decide to use it again.
I don't think they will block it either.
They will ask you to check your email, phone number and to verify it with your email, but nothing more than this.
I never heard someone's Paypal was ever blocked or terminated because of this reason.

My bank account got linked with paypal edy. I am pending with PAN verification, will do it soon

No, Your account is safe and won't get closed unless if they changed their policy so you have to check from time to time if something has been changed!

It should stay open regardless if you haven't visited your account for 2 years or more. I think PayPal won't delete your account due to inactivity.If you want to make sure you don't lose it , just verify it and you are safe to go.

you should link it with a card to be verified or you are not going to receive any money.

You have a Pay pal account, and if you're not using it for more than two years, it is essential that only occasionally here and that is that it is a payment processor or canvas your bank with your data.

I don't think so. If you have verified your bank account and other details it will not close due to inactivity. You should log in to your account. Read their terms and conditions for further clarification. You can also search the net for further clarification.

I think firstly login then any problem face ,please knock support center . I hope your all PayPal info right position then any question support from you then you submit ,account is activated. Mainly knock support center. Thanks.

No. I registered on paypal 2 years ago, and even I have no linked card on my account before, it is still active when I log in. Just log in your account, paypal wont block it as long as you dont do any activity that is against their rule.
