That is the problem I have with having a business PayPal account. It is not all business that are registered. Like for example someone that has a small website that is selling few digital products and the business has no document. How will I now verified my PayPal business account. And without verification, every payment made to our account will be released to us after 21 days.

Yes, you said it all. And i think paypal account is really good for business. This is because other account do take transaction fee and that transaction can equally take 1/4 of the money sending or withrawing . I think business owners should uses paypal for transaction if your country is supportong paypal account.

Stripe also offers merchant accounts, but it is not available in all the countries. I also like the concept of Escrow payment services as well. But it is also not available in all the countries. We are left with Payoneer, as it also offers a merchant account for online retailers.
