Spare5 Overview
Spare5 is a GPT site and iOS App that pays its community members to perform various micro tasks on behalf of its clients. One of the company's main functions is to use human skills in training artificial intelligence (AI) models to be more intelligent. Spare5 has worked with some of the well known brands such as Microsoft, IBM, Sentient Technologies, GoPro, Pinterest, and Expedia.

Getting Started
Anyone age 18 and over can create an account with Spare5. Registration can be done through one of several social media accounts or by email address. After account creation, you will be required to provide some basic information such as age, gender and address. This information will be used to pair you with available tasks. These tasks can be completed either by logging into their website or by using the App which currently only available for iOS devices.

The Tasks
Tasks are sectioned into the following categories:

Assess Language
Here you will be listening to audio voice recordings and describing the content, tone, meaning, and speaker attitude.

Annotate Images
This task requires viewing images and labeling the different elements.

Isolate Elements
For this task you will be selecting the edges of elements to separate them from the rest of the image.

Provide Keywords
This task is simply tagging photos using appropriate keywords. This information is used to train computers on how to interpret images.

The Pay System
The minimum payout is set at $1. This setting can be adjusted on the dashboard of your account if you desire to be paid at a larger amount. Payments are sent via PayPal every Friday.

Referral System
Under the Refer-a-Friend program, you can earn up to $20. Every time your referral earns $10, you will receive a $2 bonus, and the referral will receive $1. This will continue until they have earned their first $100 or through their first 180 days. Your referral link will be activated when you have received $10 in payouts.

After so many months I finally completed some tasks yesterday and reached payout too. The rate they are paying for the different tasks are not bad. I will see if there are more tasks pending on my list. I have a trouble completing the segmentation qualifier task. I have been trying to complete this one for months.

same here @Po1son . i really get a hard time to passed the segmentation task. do you also get that same amount of paid task? maybe the experience point is the major reason people get more invitation.

Have you tried watching the tutorials on youtube? Some of my referrals were helped by those videos. Maybe you should give em a try.

Right now I don't receive payments from Spare 5 every week but sometimes I have enough tasks to get payments during some weeks. Usually I receive between 2-5 dollars but there are some weeks that I get much more than that, my last payment was almost $20, all earned in a single week.

No, I only got to complete three tasks yesterday and the rates were different for the tasks. Today there are no web tasks available for me. There are only three IOS tasks pending but unfortunately, I use an android phone. I guess the more experience you have the more tasks will be allocated to you.

Try to complete all the qualifier tasks. I am glad that I managed to reach payout after a long time. I am just hoping that I get more tasks in the coming days.

thank you my friend. just now i did the qualifier around 30min and surprisingly, i managed to get paid task and got 0.30$. yahoo. will try to do this daily then. it is quite fun.

Last night when I checked the app, I could see that I had 9 tasks in the website, I had tasks during all day related to Hallaca project, but I was so sleepy that I went to bed, now I still have some tasks but these are quite difficult.

I completed some tasks for the Hallaca project yesterday. These were quite easy. I hope that you get to complete the tasks assigned to you though they are difficult. I love this site. However, we need to be careful when completing those tasks.

@Po1son I had several tasks of the Hallaca project to make cuboids and I hate doing it. I also had some tasks of one side vehicle and riderless bikes, these are easiest but requires some free time to complete it correctly.

i think @jfcuison got a lot of paid task because of the high expereince (XP) while we on the other had dont have a lot with XP got less invitation. i think i need to build my XP more higher in order to get more invitation. it takes time though.

I gain XP quickly because I do whatever tasks Spare5 gave me whether the pay is high or low. I am not picky with the tasks that I do. As soon as I have extra time and finished with my work and done with my online games I do tasks on Spare5.
