Because there is no actual product, the product itself is Yoonla, people invite other members to promote same product, it's not like promoting another thing. It's like a pyramid scheme. That's why in my opinion is better to focus your advertising with real offer from real CPA networks like MaxBounty, Adcombo etc...

Currently, the Yoonla System is in Phase 1, there will be other phases were they will be adding products. It is a new Company in the line of CPA Program. And besides, like what I said, you are not paying directly to Yoonla, you are paying for the Tools which are inside their member's Area. That's how Yoonla get their revenue from companies like Yahoo and Getresponse. I don't think this two Companies will agree to Partner with Yoonla if Yoonla itself is a Pyramid Scheme..

I agree they want higq quality leads but I have not heard anyone being suspended for not getting VIP signups. High quality leads means you earn $4. I am guessing if you keep getting duplicate leads which attract zero commission then they may get twitchy, but then your just wasting time, money and effort as you dont get any commissions.

Exactly, I joined this site but there's nothing when I asked about the main task there was that you share your referral link its like a referral program and actually a pyramid scheme in deed.

I have never seen payment proofs. I remember how many Facebook friends in a group I had joined used to advertise it. They all went quiet after a month. I think it is like empowr. You make money but the possibility of withdrawing is minimal.
