Recently, a new one has been added to the positive developments regarding XRP, XRP has been listed on the CoinGate exchange as before. According to the official statement, it was announced that it was opened to trade for all investors except US citizens.
What do you think of this new development?

I think USA was exempted and this might be because of the lawsuit issues ,and i know that there have been more development in xrp as exchange platform keeps listing it

Is it any surprise, considering how much it rallied? The crypto market cap hit 2 trillion US dollars when it did. Everyone jumped back on the Ripple bandwagon. :D
When they believe in something progressing they would jump on it, many have seen that the future of ripple is good and it would continue to improve in price , they have to buy ,so they won't be left out

I think they might have realized there mistake by delisting xrp, this is what they should have done instead of delisting it. I hope it will bring back some of the old investors.

There has been a lot of ripple trading on exchanges, that still listed it, so those that delisted it will have lost a lot in trading fees. Now that it looks like ripple will win the case trading volume will continue, or even increase, so perhaps many of these exchanges will want some of the trading fees.

Many old investors would move to other convenient platform to trade ripple ,they never knew they made some mistake delisting ripple ,it have always been a issue

Yeah, Coingate again relisting the XRP on 10 April. But its only can be brought, non-US citizen. After the progress of the lawsuit against XRP, coingate again listed it.

They saw how the coin has started rising and how strong the xrp investors are thus they don't have much options than to give in to listing the coin

I just learned about Coingate. It's not even among the top exchanges. Even low tier exchanges list unpopular coins, why did it ever delist XRP, probably because of the lawsuit. XRP is still one of the top coins there.
