Sometimes, while surfing the internet, I see these and similar news shared in the local press of countries. I think it's an interesting topic and I'm really curious what BMF members have to say about it.

No. I no longer sell any of my assets to make any investment,no matter how tempting it is.

And I have to confess it's tempting, especially with expected upcoming altcoins season.

There are people doing this in some local press releases, especially saying that they buy coins by selling their cars. I never risk my house, I don't have a car, but I wouldn't do such a thing even if it did.

It is a risky decision to sell one of these two assets to acquire cryptocurrencies, but since business involves risks there are many people who would do it, in my case I would not do it.

No i can't do that because bitcoin price is really volatile , the only thing i could do is that i would just invest the amount i can afford to lose

Although the option of investing in bitcoin is tentative at this time, there are always risks in these operations, it is preferable to invest other assets and not those properties.

I think you can still invest in bitcoin its never too late to invest in it since the coin price could increase to a large portion , so its best to just hold than other asset , due to the rate of support its getting

I cannot advise people to sell their properties to buy cryptocurrencies. You can hustle for the money the same way you hustle for the cars and house. But if there is need to sell either of the two, I will choose car because car is more a liability compare to house. You can still be getting some money through renting of your house.
In these cases of property and real estate, you have to be very careful when you want to invest by putting these assets at risk, I think I would not do it nor do I advise doing it, I would look for other means to invest in bitcoin.

I can do that, even when I'm so passionate about Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrency. I wouldn't indulge in such bargain with my money cos i know how risky it is to involve my hard earned property to something i know it can go down drastically low anytime.
Yeah this is true and we all saw how a lot of people made more loss investing in crypto since the market can take any turn ,so if the person try such thing ,he could lose his home i think

It is very important not to take unnecessary risk to invest in Crypto currencies knowingfully that Crypto currencies are highly volatile so Investing amount you can afford to loose.

Your observations on how to make investments are very accurate, you have to have prior knowledge of the matter and not risk everything no matter how beautiful it may seem. So be careful when investing in bitcoin and any other cryptocurrency.

Even if he didn't lose his or her home total, the person will lose half of its assets when the price of the digital coin he or she opted for, falls adript of the expected price tag. That's why i will invest with what i can afford to lose or invest in.
It is the best option that you have thought about investing only what can be invested, if things go well you can reinvest and thus obtain more profits as the case may be. Investments carry risks, so you have to be careful.

Investment comes with risk no doubt about that and that is what most people fail to understand and one should be very careful on the amount you invest don't over invest and invest what you can afford to lose.

I agree with your observations, investments have their risks and for us small investors we must be very careful when investing.

well, if we engaged ourself into trading crypto, in order to make money to buy cars and house, then why did we need to sell those assets and invest in a risk investment ? i will say , it is not a good idea sell properties to invest in crypto
I agree with you friend, I think it is better to obtain money of another nature to make these investments, although they look very attractive, you have to have your reserves as in any business.

I dont think that is a really sensible thing to do, they are lots of ways you can source funds to invest and selling any of your Properties is a really bad idea.

No way, i will never put something so valuable for an investment which isn't always going up.. spare money is okay but those things are more important

Thanks bro. This is actually a question that requires one's common sense. You can't put in that amount of risk to something so volatile.

Any sensible person will not do anything this risky .. i mean owning a house is a much better investment for me. Not gonna sell it to buy crypto then live off the streets
