I think it is based in India. I see many Indian names among winners and also when I googled Viral Industries (the company which is mentioned in app's Google Play page) I found an Indian company. When I won 7 tickets I saw myself in winner's list so I suppose users are not fake. But none won jackpot since November 2016, that's strange.

I uninstalled it today. No jackpot won from over an year. I looked in winning history, only 7 tickets wins and very few $2. Since it is registry based I suppose I'd continue to get my 42 tickets per week.

I have the feeling it paid before but in time stopped doing it. I plan to reinstall it again after 1-2 months, to log and play my available tickets, which should be 200 or more.

It is good that this is available worldwide. The concept of this app is like the boomerang app. This is nice but requires us luck to win. Thanks for sharing this.

More are scam but you need to test them all and ask friends if its paying or not before you proceed on sharing.
