Would a beer and wine delivery business be successful as an online or offline endeavor?
Are there any laws which govern or prevent this, or is it perfectly legal to do like delivery of Chinese food or takeaway to one's door?
I was thinking about something like this years ago, but hadn't had too much time to check into it. I'm on the fence on whether I'd still want to, or if I'd just invest in it instead.
I'm sure there are caveats to implementing something like this, like if someone blames being drunk and what they do on the delivery driver or the alcohol they might sell them online or otherwise.
What is the best way to make money with this type of business in the US, UK, or Europe? Is it already legal to do in parts of Asia and other countries, needs licensing, or no?
