Yeah, and that is a disadvantage of partnership that makes many people go for sole proprietorship. I think this can be solved by deciding how profits will be shared immedeately you decide to partner. It can even be put down on paper for reference in future if conflict occurs.

Sure there are documents (deeds of a partner) that are to be signed before going into the business, but not all partnership business has that documents or even registered

Hey, o judt wanna share my experience hope it would help u, i and one of my best friend were about to start a bussiness in which we were supposed to make profit, first it was all an idea we were so close, too incredible friends with dreams mostly in common, first day we begin the tasks i found out some order pose from my friend like do this do that, and when i shared my idea or come to say some thing creative or useful she made an armor not to accept them second day i realized she had not done any of the tasks we were supposed to fo as our duty, but still asking some thing like she is a boss, and 3d i cut our profrssional relationship, cause i could not take that... remember u have to take many things if u want a partner... really bothering, so if u can manage ur bussiness on ur own don not take that risk of having a partner

I know something better than what you posted here,but I agree with what you wrote any business that involved huge capital deserved to be handle with care,so as such when partnering with someone you never know then you must have an agreement sign and seal which involved lawyers or legal practetioner concien incase conflict arise.

if i will have this chance i will start with partners , at least i will check about them and then after all search i will start with them , but depends on company , there a lot ideas where you can start alone.

Start business with partners is a good idea way of starting a business. There will be different opinions and experiences from each partners.

That is a sure advantage of having business partners. Everyone comes in with different ideas and different experiences which can be really helpful in making the business grow.

It's actually a two way thing.. You can start alone to earn the big profit alone but starting with patterns can reduce your risk and in turn reduce your loss should there be any. But the major thing is the capital to run the business. If I have the required capital then I can run it alone but if I don't I will sure get partners to make it work.. Just that we have to be of like minds and vision.

The size of the business is actually contingent upon the financial capacity of a person. If you're capable enough to doing it alone then it's better for whatever the outcome, you take it alone. Besides doing it alone would save you all the stresses of involving a partner.

Starting a business with business partners is better than starting alone because you and your business partners can easily pull out massive funds than what you alone can source.

The issue of fund should not make you look for someone its better for you to loan money to start a business but have it mind that there are some good business partner that can help bring the business up while some partner will exhaust all your invested fund and give various excuses.

Thank you for that its better to start a business or company alone if that needed fund is there,runing a business with someone is like bringing more problems to yourself,but some business partner are well trusted they can help with the growth of your business,business is good for individual or if someone that has goten married you can run your business with your wife.

IDK I'm very wary of partnering with people when it comes to business, especially friends and family members. The only person I can confidently say I trust implicitly is my husband. And when I say trust, I don't mean there's the fear they might mug me off. I trust them in that sense. But I wouldn't want to fall out with them because I felt they weren't pulling their weight or vice versa. So, I like to keep friends and family separate from my business dealings.
