You have a plan to start a business that involves huge capital. In your mind it may be successful running alone with 50% to 70% chance then will you get some partners or try alone ? which one is better ? And do you think it can be offered as a crowdfunding project on kickstarter ? For example, if the business is say a big social gaming site which will have an app too.

I think that starting a business with a partner is far much better than taking loans. In fact, I must say that working with a working partner is even better. You invest the funds you have and you utilize the skills of the working partner to generate revenues. This way both of you get benefited. What do you think?
I also prefer this metod starting a business with a partner is better than taking a loan, but do ensure that your partner is well trusted some partner will just do away with your business money and may cause setback to your business so you need to know the type of partner you chose, thou taking a loan is not bad but first search and look if there is anyone that will like to partner with you

people that have problem running business with a partner could just seek a loan , because it's hard to find a trusted person ,that is why most people prefer to run an isolated business ,no matter the benefits attached to the partnership business that have been proposed to them

It just depends on the kind of business, if it's the type you mentioned on your thread, then it is worth the chance for partnership. But, I must understand my partner very well, and my partner will understand me too. I can't work with a stranger, only someone I have some good level of trust.

I would always prefer starting a business with a small capital or seek a partner to run a business. Having a partner could be less troubling as compared to getting loans due to the complexities involved with taking huge loans and finding yourself in legal trouble afterwards. Many people take loans to resolve financial issues, but they end up facing bigger financial issues after taking loans.

the problem is getting the right partner ,there are most cases when two partners have gotten into issues till it affected both of them even up to their personal life ,that's the problem with a partnership business , very hard to control most times when the partner have no understanding

Yes, this is why sole proprietorship might be the ideal choice if you cannot find a person with whom you would like to conduct business. It is so hard to find a partner. Nowadays it is truly hard to trust people. However, finding the right kind of partner depends on the personality of the person with whom you intend to form a partnership.

Starting partnership is a very good idea for me especially when I do not have enough money to be able to start the business on my own. I am going to consider this because whatever risk we are going to take is going to be shared. It also means that instead of using $100 to start a business I can be able to start with $50 and the business is going to be going smoothly.

I think that a business is much more easier for you to manage if you are going to be starting it with somebody else that has knowledge about the industry. This is because things like the starting capital and the day-to-day activities of the business is going to be shared and that means that it is going to boost efficiency and also the likelihood of the business becoming successful .

The best way to make more money and be safe from patnership problems in the future is by starting the business alone if you realise that you have the money needed to fund the business but if you don't , then patnering with someone is the best.

I think that forming a partnership would be great if the profits distribution policies are made before getting into such kind of business. It is much better to form partnership when it comes to starting a business that involves equal amount of money and effort as well. This is because one partner might be putting more effort and he might raise objections when the other partner does not work at all. Efforts also matters when running a business.

Partnership is the best when you go into partnership there is an hope that if the business want to fail you can rely on your partner for maximum backup or support, but if you have the money on your own you can start the business and operate it on your own its all the best.

That is very true. The monetary value of starting a business with a partner is so great. You won't have to spend so much of your money in the business. Also, you will be sharing risks with your partner and so you won't face so much emotional challenges that you face when starting a risky business alone. Then you can share ideas and knowledge with each other hence making the business to run smoothly.

Though you are quite right On that aspect , patnership is the best for your business most especially when the business involved a huge amount of money to start , you can rely on your business partner for funding but most time its risky and dangerous.

If i have plans to start a business that actually involve huge capital, having a partner depends on the knowledge i have for the business and the type of business, because i wouldn't want to lose the capital since its not just a small amount of money, however the partner will be limited to having salary not in control of the business. I think that's the best way we can work out things.

If I have the money to start it up myself then why not. U prefer running my own business my way and putting in my own strategy without having to consult an external body. But if I don't have the amount then, it seems I have no choice than to go into partnership with someone else but if that becomes the case then we must contribute equally into the business so that everyone will be serious with it.

You as an enterpreneur knows your pocket and You know how much you are worth before starting a business , so if you realsises that you cannot cope alone with the business , instead of borrowing money , its better to get a patner and start from somewhere.

Giving yourself an advantage is all that matters in your business and that is what is going to give you an upper hand. If you have a trustworthy partner that you believe has the right experience and expertise to take the business then that is going to be a very good opportunity. You are going to have the opportunity to be able to share the task and also share ideas as well.

Starting a business alone or with a patner depend on the particular business you ar planning to start , if the business is huge and it also needed a huge amount of money, then i will advise you get a trusted patner and start together instead of taking a loan.

Everything depends of type of your company and what are your future plans to the company. If you want to make anything, which to grow every year and make huge market gains, then you will need a partners. If you are planning for own country market, then you can realise it alone,if you know how to do it.
Today every second company is made by partners, nobody dont have enough money to start this work alone.

That is very true I also think that the future of the company is what that matters the most you also need to be careful when chosing a partner I can remember what happen last year to my freind a partner run away with his business money because of so much trust I will advice that you chose someone from your family to partner with rather than an outsider
