There is misconception among the traders, that trading and gambling are same. And there is reason to believe this too. Since both of them have high risks involved, hence it is normal for outsiders to think that both are more or less the same.

But when you actually indulge yourself in forex trading, only then you will know, that forex is much more professional than gambling. Forex trading is well recognized market where people trade and earn with professional skills, unlike in gambling which is done purely based on luck.

People would actually think that forex trading is the same thing as gambling because they exhibit the same characteristics . Both gambling and forex trading has some element of risk and due to that people think they are the same...
Yes, they actually have some element of risks, most people who always trade without using trailing stop losses point are always the prople who may think that trading is sam as gambling. They are purely difference and never same, they only have one common thing which is risks.

Because trading involves risk and chance, many people mistake it for gambling. Trading and gambling differ primarily in that trading allows you to control trade outcomes through the use of a plan, whereas gambling relies solely on luck.

People often view trading as gambling because of the potential for high returns and high risks associated with it. Because trading involves speculation and trying to predict future market movements, there is a certain element of luck and chance involved.

Actually trading and gambling are never same, they are very different. In gambling you can never use risk management to protect your capital it is aways 50% of loosing and winning. But in trading your capital can be protected to reduces your risks level.

That is right. There is nothing you can do to effectively reduce risks in gambling. But in forex trading, your skills and strategies can help you manage the risks. You will know when to enter and leave the market, what forex pairs are the best and how to use different important tools.

Trading is not gamebling except you dont know what to do,that is why I have to encourage that you learn how to trade at first before you get yourself started, when the right skills is there you can make so much money and see trading as not gambling business.
Trading is never gambling since both involves risks taking but they are never same. In trading, a trader can use a feature stop loss to protect half of his or her capital where as in gambling there is always 50% of winning and loosing.

There are persons who consider trading as another from of gambling simply due to the level of risk involved as well. Like gambling trading cannot be predicted in most cases hence they view it as gambling but the truth is trading is not gambling as there strategies on how to trade.

Although some individuals may view forex trading as a form of gambling because of certain likenesses, it is crucial to acknowledge the noteworthy disparities between the two. Forex trading entails examination, tactics, and comprehension of the market, whereas gambling primarily hinges on luck and chance. Moreover, forex trading operates within a regulated financial market, offering a degree of openness and security for investors. It is imperative for individuals to grasp these distinctions in order to make well-informed choices regarding their involvement in forex trading.

Gambling as well has unpredictable features just like forex trading. However, there are huge difference between the two. You don't gamble in forex, you make analysis. When you gamble, you will end up losing.

If you are trading in Bitcoin, then it is not gambling till the market fall badly, if you are trading in shitcoin, you are taking risk, and be ready. Shitcoins are traded most, and Bitcoin HODL, so...

Trading is actually not gambing , with analysis like technical and fundamentals , you could actually make waves when trading , the thing is that you should just understand when to place trade set up and the rest is settled

Some see trading like gambling as both involve risk taking. But, trading is a skill game where one can make money with the right knowledge of market, economy and other factors affecting assets price. On the other hand, gambling is purely based on luck without relying on any skills.
So a trader and a Gambler are two different people that might have similarities.
The risk taking path is actually what makes some people sees it as gambing , but I think it's really not gambling , there is still a bigger difference between trading and gambling based on my observations and others

Trading is actually not gambing you could be a trader and understand this , one thing about trading is that you should understand that how you trade is actually what should be taken into consideration , you should put some certain situations into consideration

Even though it is not really gambling the risk involve in it is too high and one might easily lose its funds. I tried it a couple of times and have bot made any useful gains so i hardly do it this days because it is not really encouraging to me.
I think the reason why people think trading is gambling is because of the risk involved and if you check well, you will realise that they work almost the same way and it may be difficult to spot the difference

Forex trading is not gambling. It is much more control of the staker than with gambling. In gambling, everything is just a matter of luck. In Forex trading, there are sure indicators that would determine that you are making a profit if you go in and sure things that determine losing points if you go in.

The challenge is that some Forex traders approach it as a gamble instead as a calculated investment. The reason why I am not trading Forex is that I know that I have to take a minimum of one year to study and study it well so that I know when I go in, I would be making more wins than losses. As in, with the kind of knowledge I want to have about Forex before going in, my profit percentage would be around 70%.

It becomes gambling when one doesn't approach it like that and when one becomes greedy and tries to take too much risks.

I completely agree with you. While trading and gambling both involve risk, they are fundamentally different. Forex trading requires skill, analysis, and a strategic approach, whereas gambling often relies on luck alone. It's essential to understand the distinctions to make informed decisions in financial markets.

There are a few reasons why some people view trading as gambling. First, there is an element of chance involved in trading, as it is impossible to predict with 100% certainty what the market will do next. Additionally, some traders use risky strategies such as margin trading or short selling, which can lead to large losses if the market moves against them. Finally, some people view trading as a way to "get rich quick" without putting in the hard work necessary to make a profit. While there is an element of chance in trading, it is not the same as gambling.
