:) The answer is, it is much easier to create a scam site than a genuine investment site! Anyone with a computer and just a little basic knowledge can create a scam site in just a few hours and spend only a few dollars to do so.
Creating a geniune investment site requires huge investment in time and money.

Plenty scam sites exists because of the get rich quick syndrome. People don't need any snail pace way of making money, so anyway to make huge amount of money with little sweat will be used by criminal minded minds

It is not illegal becauseyou accepts tos in scammers's sites.
Everyone wants fast cash and testing new sites..People,who don't read this like me more times getting scammed.

I think airdrops also need to be regulated by an honest party like escrow to ensure hunters getting coins/tokens. Scammers spread everywhere and scam culture is not only on investment sites.

Yes friend I believe I didn't see so much scammers in 2004 when Facebook was launched. Mainly In 2015 or so Bitcoin generators were introduced within 5 minutes bitcoin is processing then need to pay little fee to get that. Then with time Bitcoin joins mainstream of HYIP scripts and sites. They want money first and they dont care about people's loss. They lost humanity.
