Should I rank my blog with black hat seo or whitehat seo strategies?

You want long term rankings go with whitehat seo tactics.

You want fast rankings and short term rankings try blakchat seo tactics.

Please note blakhat seo is not working as used to in 2012 so don't expect much results over night.

So far the blackhat is dead in most aspects, presently you can't beat Google rankings using blackhat technique. My suggestion is use white hat tricks that will be for long term and remain forever. Use Semrush tool or similar tool for building links and it will do in the beginning, but there is more risk as your site may get banned or penalized.

If you are only thinking about quick gains, you can try black hat seo techniques. However, if you are looking for sustainable profits you must always follow white hand seo techniques. You may gain instant traffic from black hat seo, however, your website is always under risk from Google. Once Google finds out that you are using black hat, you will be blacklisted.

I don't know those different color hat SEO technique in ranking a site. I have been in blogging job, maintaining several blogs in my own personal struggle. Those sites of mine gradually rank high considerably. It's good that I haven't spent a penny for them. I did it in my own making and struggle for by experience has taught me so well.

There is also a grey hat method, but most of them use White hat as it is the safest and long live method for driving traffic to our sites.
@Nocturnal Writer
You are using the white hat technics and it will not harm your sites. I think you bought those sites doing freelance and written articles by yourself. Great to hear making money without investing your own money.

They days that you could get your page ranked with keywords alone has gone. More often then not site owners would get their sites ranked with keywords that had nothing to do with their site.
Blackhat seo has become more and more difficult, I would use whitehat seo to have a successful long term website.

Most of the people out there make use of both Black hate SEO and White Hat SEO. Some have luck with the black hat SEO in the SEO and other tricks. The reason it works for them is because they just want to use it once and then move to another business platform. I have seen many such cases at the blackhatworld too.

Anything that is worth doing is worth doing well.if you need a long term tactics of driving traffic and having visitors visit your sites as often as possible then use the White hat SEO.

Traffic is not invented by Google. So skip black or white and find your own traffic strategy. Even PTC traffic with right product and call to action can give you nice return. Internet is still bigger than Google

Yes, you are right, now black hat SEO is no longer relevant. I believe that it is not worth taking the risk and using black hat SEO because it can lead to blocking your site in search engines. It is best to use only legal SEO methods. I had a situation when competitors decided to ruin the reputation of my site in google by writing a lot of fake reviews. I had to look for ways to remove fake google reviews and the best way for me was to send a complaint to google support. It's good that they answered me pretty fast and solved my problem.

Why risk getting short-term benefits and the potential to be banned by using black hat SEO?

That time can still be used to gain traffic the right way.

Should I rank my blog with black hat seo or whitehat seo strategies?
Black hat SEO technique is not working anymore, you would focus on white hat SEO strategies that can bring you long live to rank your website, do the optimization properly both on-page and off-page SEO.

Do white hack only. A business or even a blog is valuable we give it a long time shot so don't let your attempts just washed away for some tricky black hat approach. White hat is safe and widely suggested by SEO professionals.

Should I rank my blog with black hat seo or whitehat seo strategies?
From the name, black hat SEO. The black there as shown that it is something that is not good, something that requires lies. If you have a blog with Google Adsense, I will advise you not to go for black hat SEO.

It's my first post and sorry for posting on old thread.
I've heard about grey hat SEO, what's that? Anybody know about it? It's the mid form of black and white hat SEO I think. What you guys say/

White Hat SEO employs legitimate tactics to improve search engine rankings, adhering to search engine guidelines. It focuses on creating valuable content, optimizing website structure, and gaining natural backlinks. Conversely, Black Hat SEO employs unethical methods, like keyword stuffing and cloaking, to manipulate search engine algorithms, risking penalties or bans. White Hat SEO prioritizes long-term results and user experience, while Black Hat seeks quick but unsustainable gains.
