There is no much technicalities there. You can link any bank during the verification but for withdrawal, you need to link only your Afribank card. Afribank cards are usually issued by United Bank of Africa. I don't know whether you have the branch in your country.

It is everywhere. The best thing to do is to make sure you don't leave your money for long in them. I don't always trust any platform that deals with money. They may fade any time soon.

I don't think Skrill is local payment processors. Skrill together with Neteller are owned by the same person and they are used worldwide. I know Paystack is a local payment processor mostly used by schools for payment.

Yeah, those payment processor keep coming up even in my country. There are tons of them these days because people are creating them randomly. Personally, I only use those that have existed for a long time and have more popularity. That is the safest way to avoid being scammed.
