I am not exactly sure why this entered my mind, but it did, so I thought I would just open it up. I was wondering what we think the most lucrative area of online activity is for attorneys. Is it copyright law? Is it intellectual property? Is it something over domain names?

I am sure there are so many different angles out there I did not really know where to take it, so I need some help.

Where is the money when it comes to legal action on online activity?

This is very true. It is really difficult to see a business entering into the market to start making profit at its beginning stage. It is mostly after some time that conditions may improve for the business to now start making profit.

Knowing this before going into the business is key, as it helps one to be ready. Most times people give up at the beginning when things ain't moving fine as they thought.

I really don't like buying traffic on blogs since most of those traffic might be bots and most contain invalid link which might makes its not good for some advertising network

That's true. Blogs do not offer quality traffics that would help you effectively market your products . You just waste money that would have been used for something else.

As you already said, having enough knowledge about the particular business you are able to start is very important. But how you also manage the business will greatly affect the it.

To avoid issues with mismanagement , I would make sure the person I am hiring to manage my business is someone who has a degree in courses like business administration so as to avoid certain issues.

You are very right but this does not stop the people who just jump in on different sites and start working. They start crying foul when their accounts get suspended or banned.

what type of copy right do you mean?well making money on the internet is so simple but before you start making money there will be a particular wkills which you must develop and that is the skills that people needed and those skills that are very creative.for now the most lucrative business is mini importation business.

But you already know nothing is worth risking one's freedom for. It is better to earn pennies with legit business than to earn much from illegal businesses that would attract the law enforcement agencies chasing you every now and then.

I also see them as the ones who earn the most. Though most of them usually get exhausted due to their hectic work demands which they have to meet.
