For the big shots it's alot easier, there are certain times they can even decline some offers with the reason that the price offered is not good enough like the two musicians you made mention of but there are others still seriously struggling and they would not want to miss out on any hence the stress to meet up comes in.

most infulencers even have huge amount of followers , but they still don't earn that much , they actually don't even place the advert so they could get the attention of big institution that are willing to do acvert , it all comes with good marketing strategy to operate at first

You never mention what service you are going to promote to those 5m database of fans, and another thing is that getting that amount of audience is sometime very hard its going to take you alot of time but if you are lucky enough to have that sizable amount of fans then I will advice you use affiliate marketing to make money with such amount of traffic

to me the influencers are really trying , it's really not easy giving out better content almost every time of the day ,they are doing a great job in that aspect , because the desire is to get more engaging content and keep up with it so they won't lose followers if they don't do such kind of thing ,they also need to be current
