as you know for the reason of Bad Economy it's difficult to earn even 1$ in Tier-3 countries and also even 1$ could be worthly for some people. also most of Paid Online Survey Sites have no survey for tier 3 countries. now what is the options? what is your suggestion? Thank you

Survey sites are not in favour of tier three countries so I will most likely cancel survey earning out of the available options for me to earn, dropshipping is another way of earning money irrespective of the country you are from and this does not in anyway require you to invest.

If you originate or operate from low tier country then you can consider crypto currency trading or forex you can also chose any micro jobs website to complete offer and earn respectively but of you want to earn from survey that plan won't work for you because you will seldom see survey to complete

I do not think there is anything like best way to earn online in a particular region or place, almost every online skill is now in demand in all tier 3 countries and what worked for me might not work for you so it's left for you to choose any area you are comfortable with and put in your best.

There are many ways to make money online apart from the ones that are popular in the first tier countries like having a blog, being a vlogger and the best one that I like is forex and cryptocurrency trading which will have capital to start making profits.

i don't think so that easy because there is too many problem like payment method, bank problem and stuff like this. for example youtube is out of access in my country and you can't use paypal for payment method or you can't use binance or coinbase. maybe you can get access to youtube but you can't request payout because you can't use paypal or other paymend method

true, YouTube only pay through banks in our countries and we have a lot of bank issues right now and i can only get my online money if i use a virtual visa card then add it to some payment service app like whish money or weepay.
there's a lot of options to make money these days even in tier 3 countries, and i know it's not easy to receive our payment but we just have to find a way to get the money out depend on what country we live in...where are you from?

I am not sure what is the source of the chart. However, you cannot earn money through paid surveys in tier 3 countries. Alternatively, you could try a few offerwall sites such as Idle Empire that may allow you to make money if you belong to a tier 3 country.
