I know we always want the easy way out but sometimes it turns out effort in futility,I don't think one can make much from a method like this unless you have a great means of monetizing the site because if youre thinking of using ad network like Google adsense then it will be a tall dream because such a site wouldn't be approved by them.If you have a way around it good but I don't think it legal either way.

There seems to be some autoblog plugins that fetch the content frm other sources. and post it into the blog. it was kind of famous method in the pas.t but not much working these days. the reason being google values original content more than the syndication.

TBH, I don't think it is worth it. You would benefit more with original content rather than these automated video content. Google has a strong policy about plagiarised content and while you might earn for a short while with it, this is really not a good means of earning long term online income.
