Making money by selling photos is a great way to make money online. However, many people are not aware of opportunities that could allow you to earn some extra cash selling photos. In this thread, I shall share some of the greatest apps that you could utilise to sell photos! 😀

Foap

Foap is an excellent app that pays people to sell photos online. All you have to do is capture some of the greatest photos on your smartphone and place them on the marketplace. With the Foap app, you could connect with many potential buyers and even work with top brands! It is available both both Apple store and google Playstore as well. They pay through PayPal.

EyeEM

EyeEM is another great app that makes it possible for you to make money selling photos. The app has an awesome interface and a great marketplace as well. They state that they have been working with big business and media companies like Spotify, Canon, etc. They also state that they have an active community that could help you get some advice. They use PayPal to process payments.

This is truly informative. I have checked the EyeEM before and I was only discouraged because it only requires people to be using PayPal. I will definitely check other platforms that you put up there.
That's great to hear! EyeEm does require payment via PayPal, but many of the other platforms I mentioned also offer alternative payment methods, such as bank transfers or direct deposits. some platforms also offer credit or debit cards as a payment option. check the payment policies of each platform before signing up, as each platform has different payment options and policies.

Having a portfolio of your work to show off your skills and experience is essential for attracting new clients. Put your image and artwork on show by making a website or online portfolio. Social media, in-person networking events, and cold calling on local startups and small businesses are all great ways to get the word out about your offerings.

We must also note that in order to make money from sites that pay you to upload images, you must use a high-quality camera as well. This is because the quality of the photo is something that the customer may notice at the first glace. The websites that I mentioned in the thread allow high-quality images only.

For serious photographers, having a top-notch camera is a must. Professional photographers who care about their reputation require access to high-quality cameras so they can take photographs worthy of their client's trust. Photographer employs many different tools to create their art, and the camera is just one of them.

I am trying Foap months ago but I stopped uploading photos. I seems that there are no users on the app or platform. The photos are not getting views. Also, the bank page is not working, I don't know if my photos are earning or not. Another way to earn there is if they buy the photo. And one thing, they have contests but mostly for PRO account. Mine is only basic and no plans of upgrading it. Upgrading means paying for it so I am not going to do so.

There are certainly apps that would sell your photos and pay you in the end but the truth is that their requirements ain't that simple. There are millions of photographers in the world and this method of earning will come in handy if it's that easy.
These methods and the apps are best known and utilized by the photographers. Many of the latest photographers do not really depend on taking pictures only to make money. They do have other means of making money.

Photographers have different ways they use to make money but we should try to stick to the topic we are presented with. We are talking about one particular method of earning here and that's earning through selling photos, the rest can come later.

You do not get paid when someone views your photos. You get paid on Foap when someone buys photos that you have uploaded. You must be the owner of the photo or you must have the rights of the photos in order to sell and make money off it,.

I think he's mistaking selling photos for videos as that's how to earn through videos; you get paid as more people get to view the content. Selling photos is indeed very different from that as it needs an actual download for you to be paid the agreed percentage from the amount generated.

Thyere are many sites where you can earn money on per view basis even if you upload pictures instead of videos. There is a website known as Click N Snap and it pays you on cost per millennium basis. This makes it possible to make money based on views.

That would literally be a waste of my time if I'm being honest and if actually the website is real. You will be asked to get a million views on just one picture so you can earn how much? A dollar? I think I have better things to do with my time.

Here is an idea...

Why not turn your photos into NFTs?! :)

If you have a specific theme you can mint your Photos as NFTs and add utility like staking.
Very easy to create a NFT collection on platforms like Nefty Blocks or AtomicHub

You might have more success selling photos as NFTs then trying to sell the photographs on platforms like Dreamstime etc. where there is just way more competition and more skillful photographers/pros

Stop quoting me! I don't want to hear from a person like you!

No problem, I won't try to help you ever again.
You harass me on Facebook (like telling me to remove post that supposedly offend you) when I try to help others, you need to focus on your own issues and stop attacking people who give others suggestions or try to help.

First of all, I never "harassed" anyone and I never "attacked" anyone. I merely requested you to remove a post. That's it! It looks like you are the ones who is having problems in your life. Stop quoting me! Can't you understand a simple thing?

I think that it all depends on the CPM rtae that you may get. If you are getting your traffic from tier 1 countries like the United States, then you may get paid a lot. They also state that they pay 4 cents for each view and i think that this is quite high.

In order to make money, you should upload some kind of exceptional photos. I also just noticed that some companies like Shutterstock also offer their customers to buy their shares as well! So you can also invest in these photo companies as well!

That's more than just one way to earn through photos and u think this very method would be better and easily achieved than trying to upload your own photos as a photographer for sale. They should have very strict rules about uploading pictures and they might not be too strict in giving out shares.

I've tried Shutterstock, AdobeStock, and some other sites. If you want to earn money with them, you can also work with a smartphone. You have to upload a lot of photos to get compensation, the most important thing is to make your content appear among the first for each search key. It takes various non-trivial photos, search for relevant keywords and with little competition and lots of patience and dedication. Also here a study is necessary.
