UserCrowd was rebranded not long ago. The company changed their name from UsibilityHub to UserCrowd. When they did this it seems that the site now has more tests that you can take. This is an international website and anyone can join. Here you will be doing really short user tests on websites or even apps. They can even ask you for your opinion on different logos or other types of information a developer is looking for the opinion from the public.

How Does it Work?

• Like all sites, you must first join.
• Here you can only join with your email address and password.
• The site will ask you several questions regarding your age, your country, and what languages you speak.
• They will also make you verify our phone number. You must enter your phone number and they will send you an SMS with a verification code. Before you can finish the sign-up process you must enter this code.
• The site will verify your time zone and set this up for you.
• They will also want to know how many hours you work on your computer each day.
• They ask you if you want to set up your push notifications on the site.
• This is a really good idea. If you have them turned on you can receive notifications of a new test that is available for you to take.

How Do The Tests Work?

• The tests are super simple and easy to take. You don't need a screen recorder or even a microphone to take the tests. They are all done in your web browser.
• The company can show you a website for a few seconds. After this, they will give you a few questions to answer. The questions are simple and deal with what you remember about the website you just saw.
• Normally, it takes less than a minute to take the test and give your feedback.
• You can also be shown a logo or a set of logos and asked which one you like better. You must give your feedback and tell them why you like this one.
• You'll earn points for each test that you take. The test points are 1 to 5 points for the tests.

How Are You Paid?

• The company uses PayPal to pay you with.
• You'll need $10 in your account before you can request your payment.
• Each point you earn on the site is equal to $0.10.
• You can earn $0.10 to $0.50 for each test that you take.
• You need to request your payment from the company.
• It normally takes 30 days to process your payment.

The site has improved since it rebranded. However, what I don't like is how long it takes to be paid by the company.

If it hаs bееn mоrе thаn 3 wееks, еmаil thеm аnd thеy will prоbаbly try tо mаkе thе prосеss quiсkеr. Thеy hаvе bееn vеry hеlpful with my еmаils, sо it's wоrth еmаiling thеir suppоrt аbоut big pаyоut dеlаys. Thеy аlmоst nеvеr pаy in thе 7 dаys thаt thеir FаQ mеntiоns (quiсkеst pаyоut I'vе rесеivеd frоm thеm wаs 11 dаys аftеr thе rеquеst), sо bе pаtiеnt.

I hаvе rесеivеd 4 pаyоuts frоm UsаbilityHub аnd bеliеvе thаt thеy аrе lеgit. еvеn thоugh thеir FАQ stаtеs thаt it tаkеs 5-7 dаys tо prосеss pаyоut, it асtuаlly tаkеs 3-4 wееks.
3/4 оf my pаyоuts wеrе соmplеtеd аftеr 21 dаys аnd оnly 1 rеquеst wаs fulfillеd аftеr 12 dаys.

UsuabilityHub is a legit site.

I've used this site for a while and they're a great program. They pay 1 credit (10 cents) for every test you complete. You can cashout at 200 credits ($20) via Paypal and there are no fees. They take around a month to pay you though because they need to verify your test results.

It's an easy way to make some easy cash, but recently they've been low on tests. So don't expect to make fast cash on this site. You'll definitely get paid if you have 200 credits, but it will take a while to get 200 credits due to the lack of tests currently available.

Yes it is real and I have already cashed out twice from them. I got so excited when I finally found a site that puts a good amount for a few seconds or minutes of my time, yes $.10 for every test. Sometimes I can even get 5 tests a day. My only go to site to earn for testing.

I have been on the site for quite a long time. I was paid a lot of times already, however it takes too long before it happened because the site give tests depends on the availability. If you are not online you lose an opportunity. Right now I am not working on the site because of time zone. I can have test during 5 in the morning, my country's time. Since I have offline job now, I am still sleeping during that time so I lose the chance. Not working on the site right now and I am halfway to another payment.

I used to do this website before and I used to love it because the tasks are very easy. However, I rarely get tasks, and there are days that has no tasks. So I decided to stop working on the website. But it is legitimate as I got pad a number of times.

I am a member there for more than a year. I think when it is still new, I already joined there. By the way, does it pays faster now? Looking back, it has paid me more than 15 days.

I agree they are legitimate. But I was amazed it pays in just a week. I remember before I am getting paid in 17 days. Some of my friends even exceeded above 20 days to get paid. Good thing they reduced the days of waiting for payment.

I've been paid only once, but at least my payment was sent quickly - just 2 days after I've requested it.
The site is a bit slow though, some days I get 0 tests, some days - 3 or 4.
At least I speak not only English but Spanish and German as well and because of that probably 1/3 ot my tests are not in English.

I actually decided not to pursue this. I just didn't have more time to work on it. Just like you, I am focused on other websites.

Keep the page open at all times. I can usually get 2-3 tests a day or at least 1 per day at the worst. There are rarely tests on the weekends, but I can earn 5-10 credits (50 cents to $1) per week on average.

I always keep the tab opened at anytime I am online. Maybe it is due to the country location or profile setting?. Anyway, thanks for the advice.

You don't have to keep a tab with the page open at all time, since they added the notification function you get notified when a test is available. For the past 5 days I haven't had even a single test. I don't know how they distribute the tests, I guess there are more testers lately..

Here's some good news. Quoted directly from Usabilityhub:

We've reduced the number of credits you need to accumulate to request a payout from 200 down to 100.

Now that you only need to accumulate 100 credits to request a payout, you'll be able to request a payout more regularly.

As a result, we're currently reviewing a larger number of payouts than usual, so it may take slightly longer than usual for your payout request to be approved.

We're hoping to get this back to the normal speed over the next couple of weeks.

That means if you have 100 credits or more right now, you can cashout! That's a great change, in my opinion. Users can cashout every 100 tests instead of 200 tests now. I have 160 credits on hand so I am eligible to cashout. I think I'll wait a little longer though. If I request for payment now, it'll take a while to process so I'll just wait until things slow down again.
