There will be situations where we do not pay anything foor poor quality traffic, we reserve this right because we need quality traffic to increase rates. Basically, with this rules, they reserve themselves the right to not pay anybody under the excuse the traffic is low quality? @Mr. B is this allowed? I think they should pay and then tell the traffic is low and stop working with the person. otherwise it is a complete scam!

Its about clickthrough rate versus views. So if you have 10.000 views but 5 clicks on ads, you have low quallity trafic. This rule is because we pay daily and we cant pay for low traffic. Right?

You are right but this rule almost applies almost everywhere but maybe they couldn't frame the statement properly. Most don't count fake traffic from bots.

We will email before that where we will discuss what to do for good of both. A shortner website is not a game, yes we can scam easily, but for reputation its hard.

This looks drastic. The rate at which shortlink admins scam publishers is extreme. Thanks for exposing this one... I pray it better not be what I am thinking.

And this can be a gap for scams but with title "legit" or "LEGIT SCAM".

@Mr. B we really need a new tag for these. Consider shotly also, you don't want people to currently register but still it's marked (understandably) as OFFICIAL. Maybe a new tag such as DOUBTFUL (like in foxyrating) would be a good idea for these shortners

NO, if the adsense account is the same it must be as it is the same person with two shorteners. if one of the shorteners is SCAM then the other one get SCAM tag as well. This is the rule and we already do that! I'm speechless that the admin hasn't marked that thread as SCAM yet!

If you don't pay, you will never succeed and you will get troubles! All you do with your scam is to make up for some losses you had in the past, because I know your shorteners. This is not the way you should do it! I guess your adsense is already reported and whatever earnings you make in the next month, you will be blocked right before they send the automatic payment. Forget about this adsense and the SCAM you do. Make real business not some criminal one!

Actually you don't need to have fake paypal, you can just add another email address and make payments from that. Good thing the thread was marked as SCAM

I made PO request a few hours before the admin post his last comment on here.
No traffic review, no status change and of course no payment after 48hours.

I'm glad his just running without a lot money.
