I've done it via help section in their page. When I cannot log in it pops out in my screen. I've message them again but they haven't reply back. I just hope there's still a way that I can fix my account.

Yeah, the site is really something that "Enjoy it till it last" ambience... I'm not new with the situation since I've already encountered such in Humanatics the only sad part is that they will ban members who have just requested a payment.

I used to say maybe the members who used to be banned here are banned with a reason but after experiencing it myself there is no undertandable reason at all... They just ban members after a numbers of being paid for unknown reason.
