When I joined this site, I used to think it is a local writing site because one of the managers who use to give me articles to write was Kenyan. The name itself is a swahili word. The owners are based in canada but most workers there are Kenyan writers.

I don't know if the site pays in PayPal because I was paid using mobile banking services. You can find the rate of their services on their site KenyaPesa Reviews.

I wrote articles for them and I was able to make $40. That was in July and first week of August. I wrote 18 articles in total and two were rejected but 16 approved. I can't have screenshot for payment proof because I was paid with mobile services.

I will still provide a screenshot for my tuwaze account next week on monday. You will be able to see my 18 assignments, status, payment indicated, date and total made.

The reason I left is because there were times especially after few days when I was being asked to repeat assignments frequently. I used to follow instructions but they started stressing me. For example, assignment could ask for 300 words and payment was $1.50. But instructions were many and long And when I followed them, the article can't be 300 words but should be 700 to 1000 words. The client was indirectly asking for 800 words but they say 300 words at the beginning.

They did this to me 3 times and I was starting to have headache so I quit. I can still write for them but I told the employer that I needed a break. Apart from this experience, the site is great. :D

Sorry to heard that! im Annoyed too! if i Already finish my project work and then Suddenly the Company want me again to Repeat it ! or change the layout its a waste of time and Sweat! but nice that you get your part to them, i may visit that site!

I never heard about this word before. But the pay rate seems to be a bit low. I mean $1.50 for 1000 words is a bit low. Anyway glad to know that you actually earned on there. It would have been good had there been other methods of payments.

yeah i am also hearing about this Tuwaze website for the first time and i don't wanna join any such website which changes its rules that frequently. Earnings look good but if they pressurize a lot then i cannot spend my time on that.

I know this site real well. I worked there awhile. I did make some money. But I had to repeat many jobs over and over to get paid. I didnt like that at all. But they did pay.. I just wont go back there..

From what i see the pay rate is very low and if you are having to repeat jobs you are losing money. This is not a very good site to work for and maybe they should give you a better outline and more details to follow when they send you a job.

I was also tired when they asked me to repeat assignment after I clearly followed instructions. The site is good but has bad clients. It seems like the clients have a say or they control the company. I just never understood why the employer had set nice higher rates on the site before you join and still accepts clients to ask for much while paying little.

I can understand. This is not a good way to deal with writers and this will be there loss only and i can imagine how frustrated you must have felt about it and this may mean that you won't rejoin Tuwaze now.

Today many companies go to sites like this looking for content to place on their websites or blogs. In doing so they have full control over what they pay for. So if they think the paper you've written is full or errors or has issues in grammar they will force the owner to have you rewrite this paper until they are satisfied with it.

lol. I am so sure they always make some editing before publishing the work. It is something they themselves can do. If they paid well, it would make sense. But they don't pay well. You can go there as a high quality writer but come back reduced to nothing. I'm not saying this is what happens, I am just trying to explain that the problem has a solution but it is clear that the company has no intention of retaining writers.

That is there choice that they do this. If they feel they can only pay a buck or two for a person to write a good article then so be it. There are a lot of people out there starving and they will do this for a few dollars so they can eat. You will always find a way and someone to do things for you if you wait long enough.

Tuwaze appears to be too general or outdated type of site, it do not have any attractive home page; however it is very easy to find articeles there as they are appearing all over the site. Their content writing price is available at from $2 for 150+ words to $15 for 2000+ words; so their writers have to find clients?

I'm seeing this for the first time. This looks good. They gave you more work than they paid and that stressed you, I can understand how you felt. I will check it out.

I would love to work on that site but then of late I rarely write articles due to less time that I have and also the kind of challenges pushes me away from the site.

If you'd like to work on writing site I might suggest taking a few online classes for free. This will give you the confidence to write and will help you improve your English skills. Otherwise, it is better that you stick to simple earning site to take surveys or complete daily tasks. This site here is a very stressful site and the owner is always pushing his writers to do more or take on more assignments. Unfortunately, he is not willing to offer a decent pay for the work that you complete.

The employer Isaac Thuku gets clients for you and emails you the work. You then check your assignments on the system and you will see time allocated. You can submit via email to the employer.

I believe the person who write the review indicated the same thing. He did say that he was sent a lot of emails to do the jobs, but the pay rate of $2 was for jobs with a smaller word count. He said that he was sent emails with the pay rate of only $2 and asked to write up an article that would normally be worth $5.

It seem to me that the owner of this site is profiting on the writers. He can assign anything he feel like to any writer on the site. Either they accept it or they won't be given other writing assignments.

On normally writing site the jobs are posted on the job page. I know iWriter will do this and people can pick and choose their own writing assignments. I believe this is a better system than being sent job in your inbox that will take you a lot of time to research to write. Furthermore the pay level on the jobs the owner sends you don't coincide with the rate of pay on the site. Therefore, he is cheating you out of your pay by decreasing the amount of money you should actually be paid for your work.

One reason that made me open this discussion is its name which is Swahili. I haven't worked with them yet but I can see its legit. I guess I will be trying it though I'm a bit discouraged about their pay rates. I would think that if it pays it still okay. I have not been on any site where clients are not demanding. I have seen this in other websites where you put your best foot forward and your work is still rejected. M-pesa is a mobile money transfer option that is currently used in East Africa. I will be giving it a shot.

Hello @BMF
I have checked this tuwaze.com website. It is not accessible.
I have checked it on IsItDownRight and it is showing it down.
