When i have to write a new tutorial i must prepare all the graphics and, to be honest, the windows capture embed system is not so comfortable.
Normally you should:
- Press the PRT SCR key on the keyboard (or similar, like print, screen or capture)
- Load the Paint programs
- Paste the captured image using the Edit menu voice (or CTRL+V on keyboard)
- Add text and arrows and all that is needed
- Save the final picture in the right place.
All this is time consuming.
There are a lot of programs that do better, but my favourite is PicPick
After the installation you have only to start it.
When you want to capture something on your screen just press one of the keys listed before and the program capture the screen and appear in front of you with the picture ready to be modified.
You have arrows, text, shapes and whatsoever at your disposable to modify the picture.
You can even indicates a folder in wich save automatically every edited picture.
Very fast and easy to use for all people.
Very clear options in wich you can select your language and even the keys to use for capturing.
