Looks like the payments are on hold. They have come up with new rules - they have reduced the daily limit for withdrawal on basic account but promotion account is unlimited.

I tried withdrawing from my promotion account but I get this message --- the promotion account is being optimized. Withdrawn after 3 days.

I do not understand what they mean by this. I'll just try to withdraw after 3 days.
