i have decent amount of views on youtube, but like only 2-3 subs per week, which makes the channel grows really slowly, any tips to make atleast 10% of those views into subscribers ? because people usually check the channel for whatever they want and leave the video after that .

Nobody will want to watch boring videos of videos that are too long and I thought you should try to consider these things first. This is very true ,I think when a video is too boring ,many would not like to watch it ,they atleast want interesting videos that they would love to watch and not boring ones that when they watch they won't even like to follow the channel ,I personally checks quality more than any other thing too

This is why a lot of people who have creative ability and cashing out when it comes to creation of videos that is aimed at promoting something. It is not just enough for you to create a video but instead we should be able to create a video that is going to influence a lot of people and it is actually interesting and pleasing in the eye.

Its pretty normal to experience low conversion rates, especially if the traffic is low. Most people don't really subscribe unless they think your channel is with coming back to for the content. It's quite annoying to subscribe to a channel because of a video you just briefly glanced at.

I think you would want to work on this. This would make you have more returning visitors which equals more subscribers.

You should do this consistently at interval in every video you upload on your YouTube channel.
