Market capitalization, the higher market cap and circulation of demand and supply the better the chances of such coin.
Trading volume: if the coin has high volume of coins been bought or sold with respect to time , the coin as good potential.
Storing of the coin: It is important to note that not all coins you posses should be in your exchanger account. Ensure the coin has reliable wallet for storage.

Well stated, if possible study the market for the coins you want to invest before investing in any. Buy when the price and sell when it is higher. Going for a promising coin too is good.

even when researching those kinds of stuffs, still hard to know which coin is good for investment though, also important to check every now and then crypto news as if there is a big update on a certain coin that made it to the news usually its price rises depending on the scale of the update

@De-rector good informative post. Sometimes volume is an issue for chasing profits from some low level promising coins. As I always have USDT after sell and then BTC exchange while need to withdraw I hardly use alt wallets. But wallet practice is a good habit.

Guess there wallet of bitcoin or altcoins that can easily be linked to your bank account for withdrawal to local currency or you make do of exchangers?.

Bitcoin to cash exchange (paxful I use) because in my country cryptos are not legal so no Bank account is possible for my case. But quite easily bKash - a phone payment is used then road side agents can pay you cash transfering digital balance. So the system is hassle free for me. And if its like I frequently need to hold a coin may be I do it in trade exchange site or wait with USDT for a good time to buy. Ultimarely all I evaluate with USDT that I have after sell but sadly there is no good Tether (USDT) exchange available thats why I have to buy bitcoin again before withdraw from trade exchange. I see USDT as "enter trade" and "exit trade" way so even I deposit bitcoin just after arrival I sell it for USDT to buy most promising coin with desirable current price and graph wave.

Does it mean USDT has higher potential of rising faster than Bitcoin ?. Does it mean you don't hold bitcoin for long before using it to buy other new coins then when you are ready to convert to cash you swap to bitcoin then to cash?

Not actually that USDT has higher potential. But I use USDT as a door to enter trade because:

1. USDT (Tether) are safer than Bitcoin in the sense its price stays around $1 always (very little fluctuates we dont consider it). So Bitcoin may fall at a time but it may not. so risk free to hold USDT when not in trade.

2. As it is $1 exactly value is easier for human mind to calculate linearly when buying other coins. Yes I do admit if bitcoin was in rising pattern I may hold deposit a little longer to sell a day later.

Regarding my swap yes you are right. Coming of BULL made my choice of buying bitcoin to trade very minimal unless I found BULL bad enough to left. Same curve, same motion, same proportion in rise and fall so definitely BULL is very much valuable than Bitcoin in terms of profit (For MXC exchange only and for recent year 2020 May to September this time period). if BULL runs promising with no issue then may be beyond September I can consider it for trading but I am fully confident with it just capital should be maximum $300 at a time not more than that as its volume not so large compared to Bitcoin.

Thanks for your advice and explanation about the used of USDT. I was confuse and curious about this coin value and now I've got some ideas. I am not into trading yet but I might try this in near future.

Amazing this is PGS coin gave 17x profit in 15 days but even after 17% profit increased value its now very very low in lifetime can you see last position down in pic that is its current position so it can rise huge. But it is not online. I was just referred by my friend and I was curious at first and my friend is trusted for me so I tried. Early days it was going well but after a month, it was gone or the owner ran away.

Let me give some idea. One year ago I also did not know what are candles. Each line is called a candle. Green means profit and red means loss. Now here each candle is peobably a week. but candle mainly we see hourly or daily (you can change time period). Biddle of candle (fat part) is open and close (open price and close price) while sometimes spike is there in top or bottom of candle highest spike point is High price and lowest spike point is Low price.
