Hi Folks, I was curious as to how was this year 2023 for you in the Crypto world?
In terms of what you invested, profits you made, any losses you suffered.
Or any strategy that you adopted?
Any new knowledge you gained?
For I, apart from a few investments in the traditional Ethereum and BTC, I did add to my portfolio at times in Solana, Litecoin.
Apart from that I would say that I did not do much in Crypto.
In part owing to my high expenses especially on Cards.
Plus the policy of high taxation here.
Yet I might explore and invest more in the upcoming year 2024.

I was able to make some profits , although this same year I learnt some important concern and things off trading , I learnt that trading comes with risks you should understand before anything else I think

Very true, anything worthwhile always involves some kind of risk, so if you're able to pull through, the risk could be in your favour, but that doesn't mean one should not understand the risk involved in any venture or rather not apply proper risk management.

The year 2023 was not really a great year for me when it comes to cryptocurrency trading. I am not trading in the cryptocurrency markets right now. ....................... charts below, Bitcoin performed well in the past one year. However, it did experience a few downfalls.

I think investing always needs to be a combination of Short, Medium and Long Term.
Hence, even if we get dips in between, the rise(s) can help us recover and even be on an overall positive side.
Basically, in a way, following the concept of SIP (Systematic Investment Plans) be it Crypto or otherwise.

Yes, a proper risk management is always required. But avoiding risks altogether also is not helpful.

Yeah both experience , skills , and proper mentorship are actually really important factor when it comes to acheiving goals , I think goals are important and should be placed as important concern

Rightly and one also needs to take a stock in between. One has to see what works and what not.
It is applicable whether we are working with Share markets or Crypto currencies.

Definitely crypto is stuck at the moment , in my opinion it will take about a minimum of 3-5 months to take a level of rise from this position and that is why it is must that people should always care for when to trade and when to wait indeed actually

Yes, a cautious approach is what I too am following.

Indeed we always need to be careful about the markets at this point actually in my opinion the market will down sharply from this point and can come to $35k level as well so you must take caution and should not trade at all for 2 months minimum indeed actually

I would say, cryptocurrency for me during the year 2023 was quite an adventurous and eye opening experience for me got to learn and unlearn so many things during the course of the year
Hoping that the year 2024 would be much more greater and profitable to me, yes, I have that strong feeling it definitely would.

Are you regular into Crypto Buy and Sell or do you do it less often (say once in 3 months)?

Pretty good i started being active on crypto and NFT space last year and so far it's been good there's losses but many opportunities have been opened to me i learned a lot of things. hopefully that 2024 will be even better for everyone

NFT space is where I need to begin this year. So far I am unable to start on it due to a lack of clarity but perhaps I can start in some time.

definitely I think in the right sense having a strong sense of determination is crucial in achieving success. Without it, one may easily give up or become discouraged when faced with challenges or setbacks.

Rightly said. I had started a few new things some time back. As of now, there has not been much success in them.
However, I am still seeing alternate ways and I know that if I keep trying it will be good eventually.
We have to follow something similar with our Crypto Investments.

Top currency market are not doing much at the moment this year so that is why we have to be patient and to make sure that you trust the timing of the market when you think that time is right you should take your actions and mark your positions for good profit in the long time

Yes, timing and how much we invest and withdraw becomes very critical in the current scenario.
I have done some investing in a coin new to me : "Pendle".
