Hello guys , how are you all doing ?
if you are a business owner like me I guess the covid 19 problem has affected your business somehow

I just want to ask you guys how this pandemic affected your business ?
and what is the solutions that you are taking to save your business ?

For me :
I have a cash on delivery business so when this pandemic happened my business stopped totally because I don't have a car to deliver and also my city is quarantined so my solution for my business is I'm using a delivery compny that helps me to deliver my products to clients
yes the sells are low not like before the pandemic but I'm making those decision to not kill my brand

That seems to be somehow a pity but if the company latar called people back why was he not included, this covid-19 has cause so many harmful effect than good to human life, some business are been shut down and many people lost their job,I beleive it will soon be over my sympathy to him.
I think we on our own now should look for additional source of income so that things like pandemic or job loss can affect us too much .

It's just sad, really! Some guy recently engaged us to do the branding of his upcoming mall. During the course of the discussions, he told us he had a lot of units to rent out. But when we asked him what they were going for, he was so ridiculously pricey for the location. But would he listen? Would he ever?! Right now his units are standing empty, collecting dust. I just don't get how some people think but I guess it's none of my business ?

You know, I've often seen the same things. Malls and shopping streets that are more than half empty - but they never seem to lower the rent. Why it is better to have an empty mall I also do not understand!

I think it's just sad when I see that happen because I think it mainly comes from a place of greed. I guess in their minds, they feel if they can't get the units rented at X amount, they'd rather not generate anything at all, which doesn't make any sense to me at all. Talk about cutting their noses to spite their faces!

I was working in a construction company, so when the covid 19 came at first it appear as if is not going to affect my company. But when the lock down came, we had to stop going to work and when the lockdown was lifted only a handful of us was called back to work and unfortunately I was not among them.
This is really bad covid19 has really caused a lot of destruction and damages and many currency has fallen to a very large percentage , i just hope things get better

The pandemic has affected the construction and travel industries as well as anything within that value chain. But all sectors are now showing signs of recovery, so that's good.

i think all of us already pass the worst so from now time for smtn bright , all full of this covid ,no money no food ,no work... so i hope in few weeks all will back and continue what they start.
Yeah things are going back to almost normal now though covid isn't off the radar now for my country but we are managing

Yes, it makes no sense to me either - perhaps that's why I'm not in the property business!

It won't be off the radar until we have a vaccine - thankfully it seems like that might be on it's way -- let's all hope it comes as soon as possible!

I'm believing very soon that the the vaccine will be out there and we will be able to have the needed help for corono virus as predicted, it really possible

It would have been the humane thing to do in these times for property owners to lower the rents or give some additional time to those whose rents are due but that is not happening at all. Here, many have refused to let out their property at lower rates.

Not very many people are considerate when it comes to money issues every one just want to make quick money . I don't think land lord lost out during this pandemic I expect them to considerate.

Yes they need to be considertate but some landlord dont even care about this some of them will rather increase the rent just to meet up with their demand but forget what the tenant is facing mostly during this pandemic

It has affected everybody whether directly or indirectly, we have lost some money and jobs. The way forward is zero loan from the banks and also use this period to reskill your self to the areas on demand.

I think due to the pandemic a lot individual that works offline ,have find it hard to be able to showcase their skills and were affected badly i think

This is how it should be but humans even take delight in taking advantage in situations like this. There have been an increase of everything now in my country

Yeah the country is currently on recession and the value of commodities are on the rise like the value of local currency of foreign currency is on the high side

This is situation of things now and in the country and it really appalling. I hope we get out of this recession as quickly as possible. It will enable the economy to stabilize

The countries with fragile economy are the ones facing challenges the most now as we can see that China is already making huge success after the pandemic.

Yes, life here in China is pretty much back to normal, and compared with the rest of the world I agree it can be considered a huge success. But, that has less to do with the strength or weakness of the economy before the pandemic but much more to do with how people here faced the pandemic.

People here understood the seriousness of what we faced and acted accordingly, people followed the guidence, without complaint. Mask usage was 100%, people voluntarily quarantined, everyone was careful - and so the virus has gone and now we can recover.

I totally agree! I know they too have obligations and need to continue making money. But sometimes you have to have a sense of humility about you and pay it forward given various situations. To my mind, if you give, the universe gives back.

Yeah! I would prefer them seeing it as a form of community service. People are having things so bad now that any little gesture of kindness would go a long way.
