Nobuaki Kurumatani, the CEO of Toshiba, has stepped down as the head of the company. An independent investigation will soon follow due to the allegations that some of the shareholders are pressured to vote for Kurumatani for the CEO position last year. He will be replaced by Satoshi Tsunakawa.

That is the right thing to do especially when it has come out that he wasn't voted in fairly. Such sensitive position has to be treated with transparency and competence.

I think he might be innocent and that allegation might be false ,because for him to step down shows that he is innocent and is there any evidence on the allegation

That was a good decision for him to step down. If it is really true that the election was done unfairly, then he has done the right thing to step down instead of continuing to force himself for the position unjustily.

He probably is very wise its those people that created the allegations that would be on regret ,if truly is innocent and was accused falsely too

It is good for him to step down in order to allow independent investigator to investigate the allegation. He is still remain Innocent until proven by a court of competent jurisdiction.
