In deposit bonus, brokers provide a percentage of the deposit money as credit to your account. In that way your margin will be increased and you will be able to hold higher positions here.

I really like those offers. Whenever I see a offer/bonus, I take that. Who doesn't like free money? I was gonna deposit anyway so why not get some extra? But there are some brokers who play game with your mind. They give you money but they makea high minimum withdraw amount or some conditions which hampers trader's experience with that broker. So, be careful and read all the rules and conditions before claiming bonus or something.

That is very true. Some bonuses can be useless. They won't enable you to earn much from them. Having such a high minimum withdrawal will only limit you. Even when you deposit your own money, it may be hard to reach the withdrawal limit.

But if the limit is reasonable and the bonus seems to be profitable then take it by all means. It will be very good to have some extra cash to bet with.

I believe that these bonuses can't really be withdrawn to your bank account or whatever. So you will have to invest your own money to it and also trade with it, that's how it all works though.

Yes this is true about a broker that I use, instaforex. I have been using this broker since 2013 and it has been awesome.
They offers different deposit bonus, but the one I use most is the 30% deposit bonus. Anytime that I deposit , I always receive extra 30% which helps me to have more to trade and once I traded to up to 2.5 lots, they will credit it to my main balance.
