I live rented apartment. I live in city where I don't have my own house as of yet. So that kind of limits me from starting my own business in the sector which requires storage and the store or catalog. So I am left with rented room but I don't have means to start the business. So let's say if i start the business in the facebook for reselling or low2high flipping. In such case what I can do for inventory?

I think you're the one who started the thread about drop shipping in which you'll use other peoples' space to store the goods. Why not leverage that method?

If you ask me how to start a business without store space, warehouse, and catalog join in a direct selling company. They'll give you a catalog that your customer which products he/she like to purchase and you don't need to worry about warehousing cause the direct selling company has its own. Direct selling companies now range from cosmetics, supplements, liquid detergents, clothing, etc.

Most people I know doing business don't have a warehouse of their own, they pay rent and share a space with others. Better still if you are doing the business online you don't have to have physical goods with you. Just order for a client when payment is made.

If you mean dropshipping then i don't think you will need a garage or a backyard for it because everything is going to be bought and sold online, that's the concept of dropshipping, offline e-commerce is another thing .

Sometimes goods available on Alibaba are mostly not on ground but if a customer they produce if it easier to produce or look for a way to get it. Drop shipping is mostly an online activities.

Things are easier if you have the required capital because with it you can rent a place and store your items and if I am to start this business I can manage the capital from my own resources and if it's not sufficient getting loan from bank is not difficult because government of India is helping people to start their own business and become self employed.

Thanks to the government of India for doing that and I hope it gets down to every body not just the people with connect. If all government can help build small businesses lots of people won't be searching for job now.

This is only applicable to a single person,I found this will be great for a seller with a family unless it's a big house. I will prefer a small space no matter how small.the products will be more secure that way.

you can start dropshipping online if you have a good budget to start and you can find suppliers on Ali Baba site, and for offline business you can buy things and flip them for profit you don't need to buy many things a once just start slowly

Yeah that's a good thing but he need a store when he will make his business big like having too much products , but now he can start by a little and step by step

Sure he can , especially if he is going to deal with light goods for now , if he knows how to use social media wisely and also consult dropshipping experts, he is gonna make money.

I was going to say the same thing. I used to sell stuff on eBay and had a lot of stock. I never felt I needed any storage space beyond my spare bedroom that also doubled as my home office.

Depends on how expensive the electricity cost is in his region, I don't think starting out your online business by building a mining operation is a wise move.
