I think shortest URL shortner is good. But think about adblocker. how much does it take to earn some good money. not sure how many forums allow the advertisement of their content on the pages. I am guessing not many . so one has to be really careful on that part. I have just learned that some people can earn some good money. but for rest of the people they may have to work. and that's the thing one has to understand as well. so it'd be interesting as well.

Even though there is proof of payment and people are being paid is it really worth the time and effort. It seems that you need to share tons of links. I also read here that one person stopped using this site because one of the links he shared from here was for a pron site. I don't think I'd take the chance to share links from here.

You are right cos little penny could dent ones image and that is why I don't like link shortening and the earnings are too small.

It's good to read what everyone has to say on a discussion. Then you can learn a lot from it. I know it takes time, but in the end it pays off. On another page I read this from one of the members. He said he had to apologize to so many people because of this. I won't take that change.

I think if you want to use this type of work to earn online, you should at least check the link before promoting them. I personally don't like to promote links anywhere and I won't be doing this type of work.
