Well most of people earn money online through affiliate marketing, selling own products, ad networks and etc. I think these are the most common ways to earn money online.

Apart from these, I'd like to know your online income sources.

I am making money from PPC sites and blog posts, freelancing sites. There are lot of ways that made me money in the past, but presently started a store to sell my products. Blogging is the best part of a way to make money online easily.

I could suggest you to start an E-commerce site for making money as it is the most hottest niche in the world.

My online income source is mainly content writing. I used to write article for few sites on different niche and earn money per article. Another way is by posting threads and comments on discussion forums which is also a faster way to earn money online. I am a newbie trying to learn and earn faster.

I diversify my work into a range of both services and products, from programming and contract work for electronics and scientifics to business and residential repair of machines, mobile application development, and graphic design with occasional web development. There are some which are more seasonal than others, but if you time it right and have clientele who are loyal to you as a provider, then it works out really well.

Remote assistance for business and select personal needs are also a nice way to add side revenue for those who are in other states or countries normally out of reach, along with consulting work. For a time, I did write and publish ebooks online also, but I sold the rights to those. On occasion and between other work and projects, I do offer literary content to business and technology web sites, and sometimes content writing between that as well.

Content writing is my line of online work. I provide content by writing sensible articles. And there are forums that pay the posts. But a cute sideline is a social media that pays. All I do is post around 5 photos in a day and I earn about 1 Canadian dollar in a day. Not bad for a few minutes of work. My indulgence in websites is varied which takes away my boredom. At least I am occupied every day no matter how small the earnings are.

Well there are a lot of them like selling products, books (ebooks), illustrations or drawings and images, music, arts, do-it-yourself projects.

Moreover, it would be review writing for movie industry, new products, electronic gadgets, cellphones and its accessories, and many more.

Currently, my preferred ways of earning an online income are content writing, occasional freelance work and revenue sharing. I tried PTC sites but I found them to be time wasting in comparison to the other ways.

My online income sources are:
writing articles for clients
publishing articles on writing sites
forum posting
online investments

My main ways to earn money online are surveys, GPT sites, freelancing and writing. I find that the three of them together can get me a decent income online.

I also used to use PTC sites but I found those to be a waste of time. Too much work for not enough pay. However I'll still do clicks and watch videos on GPT sites while doing other things like eating my lunch so I'm earning something.

I also do surveys and read emails. It is not exactly making me wealthy but at least it's something. i have been researching how to make money working at home. I haven't had much luck, yet.

I concentrate most of my energy on article writing for my own sites and making money from ad clicks. Occasionally I'll work freelance for others, and I have articles on HubPages that still earn me a payoff every month, but most of my time is spent on my own stuff.

I can draw, so I used to offer my artistic services on Fiverr. Drew whiteboard graphics for a while. That was boring, let me tell you.

Hey there, may I ask how much are you earning from HubPages? I'd be interested to know how much can people actually make off that site passively.

As to the matter of ad clicks / own articles, how many articles did you manage to put on your own sites so far? And how much do they make monthly?

(Apologies for so many questions. I'd like to know how much can a real person earn writing .)

I make the majority of my money by selling stuff on eBay. I think it's so much fun to scour thrift stores for products and then turn them around for a profit.

As for me, my online income sources are the following:
  • Writing. I write for content mill sites like iWriter and then my blog. Then, I also write in forums to earn some money (PL and TFW).
  • Transcription. I used to earn all my online income from transcribing but now, I rarely do this. Still, I recommend trying out CastingWords or Scribie for those who want to venture into transcribing.
  • Apps. I recommend apps like Perk, Cash Points, Acorn and Inbox Dollars to earn a few cents a day. The cents do add up and at the end of the year, you can have some extra money for some expenses you have.
Good luck!

I had a friend that would do that in the late 1990s. She would go to different yard sales and thrift stores and just buy stuff and double her money on Ebay. It was great for her because she loved the shopping and discovery aspect of it.

I am just curious, it is still profitable to the point you can do it as a living, or is it just a fun thing to do now an then.

I of course use forums like these to generate some money. I also signed with another site called Olx which primarily deals with a wide range of adverts and I use it to sell goods online. You can even sell your skills there. I am planning to sign up for Wealthy Affiliate which is a good platform to monetize your blog.

I've done direct sales, content writing, freelance editing, social media consulting and paid to post. Paid to post is the fastest money for when you need a payday yesterday, for whatever reason. It'll ease your stress. Content writing is great weekly pay. Check out Textbroker for a reliable company that pays on time every Friday to your Paypal. They have plenty of jobs to choose from at any given time. Closer to the end of the month, they really try to get the jobs done, so your choices thin out around then. Knock out some ebooks and upload them to Amazon for checks to start arriving in two months after sales. I've been getting monthly payment for a couple years now. I just started my editing services and am still building my reputation, but it's growing.

I have been making money online by posting on forums, selling online ( I have been very successful at this one) and I have also downloaded some apps on my phone through which I earn.
