A court in the Arkhangelsk region in Russia ruled last summer that Binance's website should be blocked. Binance's objection to the decision was justified and the ban was lifted.
What do you think of this and similar types of prohibition practices?

I think they seem to have made a constraint on too many reasons incompatible with the facts. But somehow removing the problem has been at least good for Russian investors.

Good one that binsnce objected especially if they were right and had not violated any rules to deserve that. So this is good news for the platform. It no longer blacklisted

I wonder what the argument was about for them to blacklist binance in the first place. Good thing that binance challenged the ruling and unblacklisted.
really It was a matter of thinking about what was an argument from binance exchange but finally binance wins and unblacklisted. they are not doing any crime thats the reason court unblacklisted binance because its people will to invest there not forced anyone

Yeah! There is no rule that forces anyone to use one exchange or another, so, if one is not OK, you can simply move on to another one for your use.

But why would they blacklist it at the first instance , because binance is a very big exchange company and many countries did not see anything wrong in it

yes you are right. as i know kin many countries cryptocurrencies are ban or going to be ban so its very harm full for those people who have invested in bitcoin or other coin and after ban they can take any action if exchanges make scam

I didn't know Russia is banning exchangers. But Binance is good and it's the largest exchange we have now so it's only natural that they shouldnt banned it because there's a lot of Russian traders too

But there's mostly traders who doesn't want to do KYC. Coinbase KYC is a bit complicated and hard to complete unlike Binance which is optional..

Binance has always been security concious and I wonder why they will be blacklisted in the first place. Glad that things has been sorted out

I don't really understand why some countries are trying to ban crypto even crypto exchange, instead of formulating ways to make revenue from it than trying to stop its activities.

It happens, different country has different rules after ban binance try to fix it and 20 Jan court announce that they remove restriction from Binance. The funniest thing that is during the ban people can use Binance without using any VPN.
